Close by Richmond Station & modern interior Traffic, loud noises during the day, building remodeling on ground floor, staff fair (check out person was rude and asking me to check out — only 5mins after 11am), check in person accommodated ground floor room available, super narrow building and stairs

Refurbishment is still going on. Our room was in the basement and carpets on the stairs were uneven and a trip hazard. Also our room had cups, coffee sachets with no kettle. When asking reception then we're unable to find a kettle, therefore didn't have one for the 2 night stay we had and did not follow up on our request

Car parking space was not large especially with the skip in there. Even without the skip you could only probably fit 5 cars at mist
-
Location Over priced The shower didn’t work Tv didn’t work Heating was on but couldn’t turn off.

It's in an ideal place for Richmond. Short walk to the High Street. Poor communication. Messaged a couple of times without response. Decor is dated but room was clean.
-
Stains found on sheets, Extremely run down and dingy

The location of this property is good and the room was a good size. I arrived on Sunday 25th January, a very cold day. Both of the windows in my room were open. I managed to close one (even though one of the handles was broken). The smaller window had no handles and couldn't be closed. So, my room was quite cold overnight. The day of my departure (27th January), a crane was working on the building site next door and the noise from before 7.00 am (exacerbated by the window problem) meant that my sleep was disturbed.

Good location for overnight stay and convenient for station. Chance for free parking is the real bonus. Hotel itself is very tired and in need of updating. Water stains on walls and ripped curtains. Rooms are in decent condition for short stay, but need money spent this is however reflected in very good price for location

Room was too dirty to use and we still got charged. Avoid at all costs!

Good size room at a great price, especially in a nice neighbourhood close to the train station. Great value for money. Carpets and walls were a bit dirty. There were no towels in our room, but we asked staff who provided them straight away. No shower curtain in our room so the floors were all wet after a shower.

The property was close to the train station Everything- it s elles bad, it looked bad with tupes curtains, stained towels and sheets, broken lampshades, no bulbos in the bed , huge crack in the toilet lid, dirt and mold and gross looking solashes in the bathroom. At two oclock in the morning , we were woken up by someone banging on a neighboring room door like they were going to break it down until the person working reception told them to stop. There was no tea or coffee although there were cups. The room was entered while we were out because the towels we’re replaced (even though we left them hanging as per instructions, but they did nothing else - the floor needed a vacuum.

Bathroom could be cleaner, especially shower. I wouldn't stay there for an entire holiday

Toilet seat outside room 14 completely broken

The staff were polite and friendly and the location suited my requirements. On the morning of the second day of my second stay, I reported that some of the lights in my bedroom and all of the lights in the bathroom were not working. When I got back that evening, nothing had changed. The receptionist then changed one bulb. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The tap in the bathroom dripped incessantly.

Location No toilet paper, dirty towels, noisy street

Good location close to the station, shops etc. Good sized room and bed. For a Saturday night in late June, good value. No A/C on a hot night but fan and a sleeping pill worked! Ok, no breakfast, needs a bit of an upgrade and some traffic noise but you get what you pay for.

Staff was polite and very helpful In dire need of refurbishing. Bathroom door was taped up with orange duct tape, curtains were very tattered, room needed painting, toilet only worked part of the time.
-
Great location, nice staff, clean room A bit pricey for a room without toilet and shower and an uncomfortable bed
-
Men at the front desk very friendly and helpful, great location, easy walk to town, tube and parks, good value, appeared clean, good bed and pillows. bed AND bathroom included (didn't have to share bathroom), great shower with warm water and good water pressure toilet very slow refilling, sink faucets hardly pumped water, very warm room with only a small fan to circulate air, 4th+ floor walkup, with multiple landings (no elevator)

Good value for money. Free parking a big bonus Needs a bit of maintenance
