Fantastic hotel. Everything about it was fab. The food from the pub downstairs was out of this world and the live music was amazing too.

The staff was phenomenal and so friendly and helpful! We ere also able to leave our luggage after technically checking out. Very very small and loud. Yes - it’s over a pub - totally understandable. But the location is in a triangle, so the car noise from below is constant as are the low flying planes.

Convenient location, walkable to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable room.

Location was great. Near metro and Kew Gardens. Needed more places to set toiletries like and it was difficult to curl one’s hair without an outlet near the mirror.
-
Very comfortable room at a good price point. Complementary breakfast items were a nice treat. Loved the restaurant downstairs !

Best location. Easy to get to public transport, or the Richmond riverside.

The pub is a lot of fun with terrific food and beer. Reasonable price. Perfect location just a short walk from shopping, river and green. Cool little place in a quiet neighborhood in an incredibly charming area. Everything you want in a pub stay! Perfect place to stay for visiting West London

The room was beautifully furnished and perfect for two single travelers. The location was excellent for all of the exploring we wanted to do around Richmond and we even got to experience a few of the unique holiday events happening around town. Would like to have known in advance that the pub was located directly under the rooms and that there would be quite a bit of noise (loud music, crowds cheering the rugby match, etc.) going well into the night. We had ear plugs, which were helpful, but the vibrations from the bass were hard to sleep through.

Very small bathroom, only 1 PowerPoint worked in the room and it was under the desk so hard to access
-
Great location for getting around Richmond. Great bar and restaurant just below the rooms.
-
Friendly and competent staff. Great room and comfy bed. Was worried about traffic noise but was not a problem at all. Good cafe opposite with nice breakfasts. Free snacks in room were excellent. No complaints.

The location is lovely. Staff welcomed us with a smile and checked the in on us daily. Great selection of beers in the bar and delicious food. Great coffee at Alberts across the street. Five stars for the Red Cow! We will return!

Pleasant room with an ok but tiny ensuite bathroom. I could hear a little noise from the pub below but nothing that bothered me and they closed at a reasonable hour. In this part of London the noise of the planes is inevitable. The cambodian food in the pub was delicious and the staff was really friendly and professional.
