Friendly staff serving great food & drinks. Room was a little warm during the heatwave despite aircon. Staff found a nice fan to keep us cool.

Easy access from Richmond train station. A good vegetarian breakfast. The bed was very hard. A curtain was hanging off its hooks making it difficult to close the curtains at night. There was mold around the bathroom window. Worst of all there was NO hot water for a shower in the morning. I wouldn't stay there again. I have been promised a refund from booking.com.
