Lovely hotel with good location . Very helpful & friendly staff. We arrived early but as our room was ready we were able to use it straight away - refreshing change to most ‘chain hotels’ who stick to 4pm regardless ! Nothing

Very friendly happy and helpful staff and possibly the cleanest most well kept Hotel I have stayed in.

Exceptional customer service from the team on reception and the breakfast room staff. Professional, polite and attentive. Five star service. Parking was pricey but it is pricey to park anywhere in Richmond! Will get the train next time as it is so close to the station.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Could hear noise from next room and upstairs. When cleaning the room for the second night of our stay, the bed was not re made and the bath was not rinsed.

Really friendly reception staff. Clean, smart rooms with comfortable bed, nice toiletries and excellent shower. Location great for Richmond and also near station for exploring further afield.

Great interior design internally with great reception area. Great landscaped garden where drinks are served, although tiny well thought out and clever use of trees for privacy and shade. Exterior of building well maintained and immaculate. The staff were All amazing. Kelly went above and beyond when we kept phoning as couldn’t find hotel, by running out in the street to find us and guide us back. Gorgeous such incredible personal service. Also looked after the bride to be with a free drink and lovely room. Managed to check most of the party in earlier so we could all get off to Kew garden. Lovely bar team served great cocktails and lent us glasses and endless ice. Nothing was too much trouble and staff seemed to genuinely be a Happy Team. Great to be able to leave car in car park. Location of Hotel is perfect for Richmond Park, Town, Kew Gardens, River. For some reason directions and post code took us to the wrong destination. Luckily we had the incredible Kelly to guide us in!!!

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Room was a little on the small side if 2 people are sharing.

The hotel was well-located, a short walk from town. On-site parking was convenient. Bedrooms were immaculate, comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was good. Bar/restaurant was lovely as was the outside terrace. The highlight was the friendly and charming staff! Nothing could be improved

The airconditioning was a great bonus in the heatwave - and it was quiet! There's nowhere to park.

A lovely addition to Richmond, Surrey ! Beautiful hotel, the most comfortable bed (Hypnos mattress), clean and very quiet inside. We slept so well. The staff were all so friendly and ready to help with anything. Location is perfect and parking available at the hotel too. Bar for drinks and breakfast also available (though we did not breakfast this time). We enjoyed having a proper bath before bed too ! We will be back again soon ! Thank you The Selwyn team.

Lovely small extremly friendly hotel...staff exceptional. Also with the added parking facilities fantastic considering location. Cant think of anything i didnt like. It would of been good if they had an EV charger.

Stylish and comfortable and AC!!! Room was a bit small

Elegant, superior furnishings. Wonderful staff. Small double room does not easily accomodate larger luggage. Upgrade if you can.
