Great location for our specific needs. Walking distance to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria train station. The room was tiny but clean. Comfy bed and nice shower. It was nice and quiet inside the Townhouse, very private. Just what we needed. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early and let us store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Hallways and stairways were tight. Took a little maneuvering on our part to get our large luggage into our room. Plus the room was small so It was a tight squeeze with two people and our large luggage.

The location was good near to the Victoria station The accommodation was notably compact, and the key collection area presented significant navigational challenges, making it difficult to locate and retrieve keys. For newcomers to London, the provided address is inaccurate and misleading, as it references multiple location on Belgrave Road and a location that is approximately nine miles from the actual site. Additionally, the address did not include a postal code for the key collection point. As a result, I was required to make two separate trips and incurred a total of four hours of travel time to access the room. I strongly recommend addressing these issues to prevent similar inconveniences for future guests.

Honestly this place was a bird house with a spiral staircase. It was small but I guess it served its purpose.

The location is good and the room had what was advertised to a degree. The air conditioning switched on and off throughout the night on one of the hottest nights of the year causing unnecessary noise and warming up of the room. The bed was advertised as a large double but certainly didn’t appear to be. The front door to the premises isn’t fitted properly so doesn’t automatically shut which is a security risk. I contacted the sister hotel on the night of our stay to raise these problems with them, asking for a phone call the next day to discuss but haven’t had the courtesy of any response.

Location The room was too small to stay for three people. Also you could hear every noise from the top floor, inclusive walking.

Was quite compact but beautifully modern with a great shower and very welcome air conditioning. The air conditioner did make a loud noise every hour and half or so but small price to pay for how deliciously cold it was on a 31 degrees day
