Room was great. The garden is fabulous. The restaurant is worth and a lot original ! Hotel cosy and staff very helpful. Big big probleme ! Service is toi slox when you order something ! It takes a long time to be served ! It s not normal and it is not in the standard of hotels like that ! My wife ordered an ice cream and it was like the ice cream was coming from Italy ! I commanded an hamburger and I had to wait almost 1 one ! Really it in the big and only probleme in this hotel ! Service is toi too slow ! I mean you don t have to be in a hurry if you eat there !

Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff, comfortable bed. Lacked the wow I expected, a little dated. Cooked breakfast wasn’t good…overcooked one morning, didn’t taste good the others. Also no Nespresso machine in room, I asked for kettle.

The Goring is a beautiful hotel and the staff go above and beyond expectations. Our stay there was superb and the cleanness of the rooms is outstanding. Ms Daphnie on arrival was very welcoming and there was champagne on arrival in my room to celebrate my stay for my birthday. The doorman are very attentive and welcoming on arrival and the Michelin star restaurant is exceptional dining. The hotel has alot of history and really lives up to it's name. A wonderful pleasant stay.

The Goring is quintessentially a great British establishment Old fashioned attentiveness with old fashioned values It’s the best if you want quality It’s the best if you want refinement It the best if you want the best Without being brash about it We didn’t like the fact that we had to leave the Goring Could have stayed forever
