Located less than 1 minute from Paddington Station in central London, The Pilgrm is a quirky, independent hotel full of history and character. So close to Paddington Station, it was ideal for us to stay one night while travelling. The room was small but comfy and in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location friendly staff Gave us water and ice cream on arrival was a nice touch The rooms are honestly tiny we had one of the biger rooms and the floor is really uneven so we felt seasick constanly and the lack of air con on a hot day is bad

Clean, stylish rooms. Great location. Staff is lovely and go above and beyond. We will be back to stay here next time!

Unable to use chromecast on the TV. Had lifts but still had to carry luggage up and down some stairs.

Very unique and cool, great location. Friendly staff Nothing bad to say. Are room was located were the lift didn’t go so lots of stairs but we were ok with that . Others may not like it

Close location to Paddington Station. Good breakfast and you can sit in or out on the balcony. Nice comfortable bed. Also close to Hyde Park. Small bathroom, but the shower was good. Room was warm at times, but our weather then was unseasonably warm for London.

Location is excellent. In house bar/dining is great, especially for solo travellers. Lack of air conditioning is ridiculous in this era of higher summer temperatures. We trade off a lot for the convenience of location but won’t stay at the Pilgrm in summer again.

Location was great Very friendly staff and helpful Decent price for the location Room could’ve been a bit cleaner, carpets need replacing all stained and look worn. Can’t fault the room it was great for price but if improvement was to occur this would be our input.
