The location is great The rooms were not clean and there was a constant banging. It sounded like a run down washing machine that was on a constant spin along with a constant loud humming sound, every 2 mins it was going off.

Good location, only a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station. The only thing would be that the WIFI didn’t work in our room.

Good location for getting around. Pub cafe's & small supermarket close by. Quiet street. Not much space in shower room.

Nothing. I did not stay and I left after 10 minutes. I want a refund I wrote to the hotel within 1 hour after I left with the following statement. ''Room LG2. We went to the above room at the Tudor Inn Hotel but found it unacceptable. The coffee cup was still dirty from the previous occupant and I am not sure if the rest of the room had been cleaned. But mainly the wall above the bed is damp and is flaking onto he bed. I requested another room even but the receptionist advised that there were no others even though the sign said there was. I returned the key and left the hotel. I will require a full refund. I will visit you tomorrow to arrange this or I can go via booking .com'' When I returned the following day I was told that the complaint would have to be investigated before they would process a refund. It now nearly one week and we have heard nothing from Tudor Inn Hotel/ Warwick House.

The Property was quite nice. He appeared to be very clean. The bedroom was extremely small as was the bathroom the other major problem with the bedroom was that there was no glass or disposable glass in the bathroom to rinse after you’ve cleaned your teeth in the morning

Proximity to underground and rail station. My fault entirely. Didn’t realise the room was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were a killer.I should’ve requested ground floor room. Hey ho. The exercise was good.

Very good value for money. Location was nice and quiet but handy for getting about easily. The room had air-conditioning which was great as the weather was hot. Very good shower. Liked how I could leave my bags after I'd checked out which was very convenient.(£5 charge) N/A
