Everything else. Bathroom ceiling was moldy, After reporting they sent someone in to clean it, and they damaged(discolouring) our personal towels. There was hair on the beds when we got there. AC had no remote, when I asked about it they said it was under maintenance. It was powered on permanently, would not cool, just make noises. WIFI was 25% of the time working, 25% connected with no internet, 50% not detected at all. Would not recommend unless seriously tight on money.

1. Close to metro/underground station. 2. Having my own space and bathroom. 3. Cleaner than all the hostels during my visit in London. 1. Not working WI-FI. 2. Not working AC, it was hot. Thankfully there was a window. 3. Not working hair dryer. 4. Noisy neighbors. 5. I had to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. 6. It isn't as the pictures show.

I liked the location, Earl’s Court underground station 5 minutes, Brompton rail station 3 minutes and the bus just in front of the property. Also, customer service is outstanding. And it was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the AC on our last night. I didn’t like the lack of hooks or shelves on the walls to put your stuff. We were 3 in a room and we didn’t have space on the floor to walk because rooms are super tiny. There are plenty of empty walls they could add hooks and floating shelves. Also, the WiFi was on and off. The TV was there only as decoration because it didn’t work.

Location is good Looked nothing like the pictures , my room had no windows - poor air conditioning and ventilation - was genuinely worried id get no air when sleeping . Could also hear everything from every room and the bathroom was very small - to the point that you’d have to keep the door open

Nothing Our stay at the Wimberley Hotel was very disappointing and not worth the money. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around, making it feel very uncomfortable and suffocating. There were almost no facilities provided — not even a proper charging area — and only a tiny table in the room. There was also no proper staff assistance. We had to check ourselves in by following instructions provided remotely. During the night, a very loud alarm suddenly went off while we were sleeping, and then another loud alarm woke us again around 6:00 AM. On top of that, people repeatedly knocked loudly on our door saying, “Open the door, we want to see,” which made us feel disturbed and unsafe. Considering the high price we paid, the room quality and service were far below expectations. There was no parking available and very limited amenities overall. We would definitely not recommend this hotel to others.

The location it’s amazing, just a block away from the tube, nice value for a room with private bathroom, it was quiet at night. The room had some maintenance details, like walls that needed painting the toilet lid didn’t fit the toilet, and some unfinished works in the bathroom, there was some maintenance works happening on the entrance hallway, so you could hear noise starting around 9 am, but they finish in the evening, so probably not good for an afternoon nap.

What I saw was different from what I got, no one at the reception to request for anything. Made calls to get me heater in the room for the 2days nothing was done. The room wasn’t clean and I was told it wasn’t meant to be cleaned and everyday. The services is so horrible. The stairs, the rooms are too small and the beds

I liked that you could check in on your own, it made my crazy travel day a bit easier knowing that. The location was also top notch for what I was doing in London. It was like staying in a dorm room. The room was very small and the air conditioning didn’t work. I wish I had read the reviews a bit more before I booked. It was too expensive for what you get n

The location was a short walk from the closest Tube stop. The bed was comfortable. This experience was more like staying at a hostel than a hotel, which this property claims to be and charges you as if it was. The key to the room was super hard to get, even following their instructions on how to check yourself in and retrieve the key yourself. There was no one onsite to help either with their broken key boxes. Once in the room, things didn't get any better. The bathroom was super tiny and couldn't accommodate even 2 people. The heat didn't work on the property and the little space heater they had for our room wasn't working, when I reached out to have someone replace/fix the space heater they said they would and never did. They only had one blanket on the bed, and no staff was on the premises to ask for extra blankets or help. With it being winter and being there with my elderly mother, staying at this property proved to be a super unsafe move, but there were no other hotels available in the area at 9pm (how long we waited for the maintenance staff to come with a solution until we gave up for the night), so we had to sleep in our sweaters, jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, anything we could bundle with and first thing in the morning we were out of there. The staff were super unhelpful when I was messaging and calling them for their assistance to solve this problem before nighttime. They lied and said they would come and solve the problem that night and didn't, and they made no moves to try and compensate us for our troubles and experience of the unsafe situation we found ourselves in while on their property. They didn't store luggage before or after check-in at the property either, which was a hassle to figure out ANOTHER hotel in the area that could store it away for us. I would NOT recommend going here and will steer very clear of it in the future. If I could give this "hotel" a zero score, I would. Any other hotel in that area would be better, I am sure!

good location, good price during my stay there were 3 times that the fire alarm go on, and there was nobody to turn it off, this happened twice in the night , so it was really stressful to spend an hour with the sound of the alarm, someone call the assistance crew, and they told them they would see what they can do, and then do nothing, untill one guest, figure it out how to turn it out. I mean it wasn’t a big deal, but you should take it count if you’re planning to stay here. I spend 7 nights there, and that was my experience.
