Beautiful building, love the architecture. Super friendly staff too. The pool was also great and the rooftop bar Halo was amazing.

Your manager Jameson was incredible and went up and cleaned it himself.

Facility is very nice

The sky bar I was disappointed when I asked the bartender for an explanation why there was an extra charge of 9.95 plus 27.00 dlrs. for 3 dirty martinis that were half off during happy martinis. She stated if they didn’t the martinis will be 2 oz versus the 4 oz. That surely didn’t not make any sense.

The staff was very accommodating even when things didn't go exactly as planned, they went over and beyond to make things go smoothly. Special thanks to Jack for his efforts and his extreme willingness to make our stay the best it could be.

The hotel is very nice, and the room are very nice as well, except from the carpet in the room which was very dirty. Most of the staff was kind of arrogant, there was two staff members that was very nice and service oriented but the rest especially the man with suits was quite arrogant.

Nice room. Helpful staff. Nice pool but loungers were all ripped. Had issues with room initially with curdled milk and stinky pillows and no soap but staff was helpful in rectifying. Wish spa saunas were open past 4 to use.

Amazing room, kind and helpful staff, and the best room service meals we've ever had. We will definitely stay here again when in Long Beach. Jazz night at the bar downstairs was an extra bonus. Stays at Fairmont hotels are worth the money!

I loved the location. I loved the historical building. The hotel offers rides to the local attractions which was so great! We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good. We would stay here again.

The Fairmont Breakers has a Sunday Tea in their Sky Room (on the 13th floor) from 11am to 3pm. They advertise their Sunday Tea in many places. Nowhere do they state that reservations are required. We got dressed up to go to the Sunday Tea (they have a strict dress code). We were turned away because we had no reservation. It was a hassle to get dressed up and then have to change again as the weather was too warm for formal dress.

The room I stayed in very spacious and clean and comfortable comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend this place.
