From the moment we walked in, everyone went above and beyond, even though our frustration had absolutely nothing to do with them\. The manager personally came to our room, offered us a much nicer balcony room, and even helped carry our bags\! Every person we encountered—from the front desk to the coffee shop, bartenders, and servers—was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating\. What started as a terrible evening ended with an amazing stay\. **This is what exceptional customer service looks like\! We will absolutely be back next time we’re in Long Beach\!**

Really nice staff and clean, spacious rooms. Granted, bed was a little uncomfortable and I wish room service offered more vegeterian options during lunch and dinner. I think I only saw 1 item. Otherwise, no issues and I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the area.
