Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again. For over $200 a night, it's just a basic hotel, and "micro" doesn't even cut it – it's more like a "nano" hotel. First off, if you don't get a ground-floor room, you're lugging your bags up flights of stairs because there's no elevator. The pictures make the bed against the wall look okay, but if you're sharing it with another person, it's a real pain to get in and out when you have to climb over another person or crawl to the end. Plus, there's no view at all. The bathroom is tiny; you can practically use the toilet, shower, and sink all at once. The toilet is super low, and if you're average height or bigger, your knees will hit the cabinet. There's no toilet paper holder, so it just sits on the cabinet, it was not a new roll and was probably touched by guest before me. The same goes for the unwrapped coffee pods. On the bright side, Greta and Daniel, who handle phone and email support, are both really helpful and friendly.

Great location that made it a nice walk to the convention center. Near lots of restaurants and the metro Was very worth it; but good to note no elevator, a little tricky to figure out where room was,

It is well distributed, and it is somewhat new. Too much light from the street in the mornings.

I've driven by this micro-hotel before and always wondered how staying here would be like. It's a short drive from the convention center and there's a convenient awesome Mexican restaurant. I liked the room fridge/freezer. The air and heater were very helpful during warm and cold days, thank you. The shower soap and access to microwave and tea were nice. Walking around the neighborhood during the day seems alright. The listing should state that there's no elevator (or at least I couldn't find one). It doesn't appear accessible and is challenging to climb bring luggage up. The shower curtain wrapped around me during use. It's a little disconcerting. :D The listing should also highlight or be in a lone paragraph: When leaving, simply touch <...> again to lock the door. I thought the room auto-locked but realized later it did not. I didn't like all the hidden add-on fees after booking the non-refundable rate, e.g. towel and cleaning fees. I have never had that as part of a hotel or bnb rez. For a multi-day stay, general cleaning and fresh towels should be a part of the experience and should be built into the booking rate. Tacking them on after general booking is NOT good if you want repeat customers. It would have been nice to get the room made up every day or every 2 days. On the last day, the water temperature wasn't consistently hot, compared to previous days. The fee for returning the parking pass seems a little extreme. Sometimes people forget things..make life a little easier for people and not charge an exorbitant fee or give folks a temporary serialized tag or use a license plate # or some other system.

Very affordable and great location; interesting Air B&B concept; free parking; fairly responsive staff via text messaging (chat service); historic downtown building Front door with access code doesn't work very well (frequently had to enter code multiple times before door would eventually open).

Unfortunately, this hotel is a disaster☹ There was a constant pumping noise for the first 2 nights, apparently a water pumping problem. Yesterday the water suddenly stopped when I was standing under the shower. The email about the water turning off arrived a few hours later.
