The only minor thing I noticed was that housekeeping knocked a few times before checkout, even though we were still getting ready. Aside from that, everything went smoothly and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for, a clean, comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

At that point I ended up leaving early on what was suppose to be a two night stay and got another room else where. Front desk staff stated I would get a refund for the second night due to what happened. Contacted hotel.com who contact hotel and it was denied reimbursement. I have video of the sludge coming out of the pipes as well.

Our stay was a quick one just over night for a funeral the next morning but it was great. The staff was so welcoming we arrived around 9pm. We were checked in quickly and able to settle in. Our room was large and it was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay here!

The room was rather simple. No warmth or inviting. I noticed the fitted sheet was inside out and was concerned about it being reused. I spoke with a manager and he spoke about their cleaning protocols and mentioned it was probably a mistake. I noticed there were also dark fingerprints on the doors. I had clorox wipes and used them to clean the doors.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 10 as we walked in the lobby looked nice and clean check in was a breeze the attending clerk was friendly. We used the elevator to get to our room it definitely needs a deep cleaning I thought ok maybe the clean at night when there’s less traffic coming and going, nope the next morning and for the rest of the 2 days we stayed it was very dirty. As far as the room it was ok but needed a good cleaning the carpet needed a good vacuum. I had read previous reviews complaining of the loud ac noise and yes even being off the unit makes a loud noise I had a hard time sleeping the bed was very comfy it was just the noisy unit. We also had an issue getting towels. We were a family of 4 there were only 2 towels in the room. In the morning I saw housekeeping I asked her for towels she said it would be an hour because they were in the dryer. We waited the hour no towels I called front desk he said he would have them take us towels never came we had to share towels ok firm as we were leaving for the day I stopped and told the clerk can we get housekeeping please we weren’t ready when they came by he said yes of course. We came back to our room about 6 PM housekeeping never showed we still didn’t have extra towels I called front desk he said they were done for the day and didn’t see any notes that we requested anything. Luckily we stopped to buy towels for the water park we went to. the breakfast was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful.

The check-in was easy, and the rooms are . Clean , The staff is friendly , but I'm disappointed with the breakfast it's so plain

The exterior of the property was unkept. We had our dogs with us and immediately clean up after them, we were constantly having to look out for other dog’s waste that had been left around the property. The hot tub looks like it had been forgotten about and in a small corner. There were signs for a vending machine but couldn’t find one and the on property ‘market’ was very small and extremely limited in selection. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.
