Hard to sleep.

My stay here was amazing! When we arrived we were prepared to leave our luggage and get checked in at 3pm. However, they gave us super early check in complementary. Mohammed was the one helping us and he was super nice, professional, and accommodating. Gave us cookies upon check in also. Cannot say enough great things. Our room was clean, a little small but perfect for 2 people, had everything we needed. The location was great as we were 11 minutes from the train, 20 minutes from LaGuardia airport, and the corner stores that are close to the building were a perk. Great experience, I highly recommend!

The house keeping staff where great providing fresh towels everyday, Ali though our body wash wasn’t replaced upon our arrival so we didn’t have any until the next day where we had to ask at reception.

The hotel was clean and was only a 10min walk to the subway, but everything else was not a good experience. The rooms are much smaller than pictured and was nearly impossible for 4 people, the room basically has space for the two beds and that's it. The worst part was the staff, we had an on-going issue of the room below ours having a screaming argument that came through the vents loud and clear, we called front desk and got hung up on multiple times and when we continued to call because we could hear threats being made, they lied and told us they had the guest moved as if we couldn't still hear them. This went on for several hours and even after about 5 calls to the front desk due to safety concerns for the woman in that room, as well as the consistent noise, nothing was done and the manager at check out was less than interested in listening to our concerns.

You do not want to stay here. Horrible area and bed bugs! Our son got bit by many!

The bar Inability to control temperature accurately, motion sensor annoying flashing all night, shower handle fell off, no free breakfast, sheets smelled bad, free Netflix not offered, no fridge or microwave, cream for coffee was stale powdered, walls paper thin, double door for room entry.

Lights were not dimmable. TV didn’t have screen mirroring option. Overall quite cramped.

The Hotel charged me additional 100 usd and not relying to the messages!

The front desk staff was very rude, unprofessional, and very skeptical. Their procedure and mannerisms were complicated and unnecessary. I've never experienced this as a Hilton Honors member. Check in staff front desk

Parking

The hotel is in an awful neighborhood, and quite far from the closest subway station. There were no restaurants near the hotel except for fast food and bodegas.

Was really happy with hotel overall but some very minor areas could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. But had bed made fresh every day and good coffee in the morning.

All was very good.
