Our room was very comfortable and I especially enjoyed taking a shower with generous water flowing. The staff did a great job of keeping the hotel clean. Perhaps my only complaint was waiting too long for the elevator, even with 3 elevator banks working during the morning breakfast rush hour.

Need more items for vegetarian people in Breakfast menu.Other than that everything is excellent.

This hotel is located close to Manhattan, but in an area of Long Island City that is somewhat isolated. It's 10 minutes walk from the subway; easy to get on a train. There is a huge public housing community nearby - but it didn't feel dangerous or sketchy at all. I like Long Island City - but this hotel is a 20 minute walk from the parts of Long Island City that I have enjoyed in the past. The walk was fine - but I often didn't want to make the walk after touring in Manhattan all day (too tired). So the hotel felt slightly isolated - but totally safe and good value.

The hotel was spotless and super convenient, just a quick 5-minute walk to the subway station. Plus, they had a shuttle to another station, which we didn’t take. The staff were so helpful and friendly! Just a heads-up, the doors aren’t soundproof, so you might hear some footsteps and door creaks during your stay. NYC can be quite noisy! On our first night, we were on the lower floors and it was garbage night, which kept us up all night. For the second night, we moved to higher floors on the Queens side, which was much better. The breakfast is okay, but it seems like the options are the same every day. The neighborhood feels a bit sketchy, and I don’t feel safe walking around. Overall, the only thing that makes me hesitant to stay here again is the neighborhood. It’s not very walk-friendly. On our first day, a naked homeless person followed me and my dog for two blocks while barking at us!

Cleanliness 4 people shared room should have lock in bathroom. And in this value you should offer free parking for one car.

Location is good with proximity to major areas in New York. The room was clean with cozy beds. The breakfast was good. In comparison with other Marriott hotels, it was not meeting the bar. Everything was basic amenities that normally are available in any other hotel or motel. The room was very small with small bathrooms that you will feel like you are in some small hotel in New York. There is no view and just a busy small street with a large factory in the background. The breakfast was basic as expected. It felt room is costly for the amenities and rooms size. If you are driving, you need to go through many small streets and busy traffic in order to reach to the hotel. They charged another $60 with taxes for parking for a night. The valet was friendly and provided good service, but the cost is really high. Overall the hotel didn't leave any impression on me and I will try some other hotel next time when I am in the same area.

Prompt response to a complaint. Staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast. The 24 hour coffee. Was noisy during the night hours from other residents.

Le personnel répond bien à nos attentes ils sont courtois Par contre le déjeuner est assez minimaliste pas vraiment de choix pas de fruits Par contre nous avons apprécié le café disponible gratuitement dans le lobby

We came back to our hotel room and found random photos of children on our bedside table. Not sure if they were from the housekeeping staff or found because the room was finally adequately cleaned and left by a previous guest and not found before we checked in. It left us with an unsettled feeling. The hotel is in a questionable neighborhood. I definitely recommend taking the shuttle to and from the subway (especially at night). The free breakfast was tasteless. I stuck with coffee, a banana and a muffin every morning.

The room was comfortable. the breakfast was good and the facilities were excellent. No Locks on the toilet in the rooms. It was very awkward for us.
