Hello, I had a lovely stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott at this location. Christina was so helpful from start to finish! The hotel is very neat and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Top-notch service all around. A huge thank you to Christina for giving us a warm welcome every time and always checking in on us. We stayed for 5 days—two families across two rooms. As we visited all the way from Toronto, Canada, we will definitely book this exact hotel the next time we visit New York! P.S. Bed sheets had hair on them and the bed frame was unstable, Air conditioner wasn’t properly functioning and made a lot of noise

Breakfast was good and the overall stay was pleasant. Parking was a little expensive, but overall we had a good experience and would stay here again.

The property was well kept, and the service was good. I really liked the breakfast, and they were flexible about closing times. But the quality of the hotel was consistent with what I have come to expect from The Marriott.

We had a great stay! We are a family of four and your front desk staff and valet were super accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast space and rooftop, too. Would stay again.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Coffee was always available in the lobby and on thursday the Manager announced free laundry which was just what we needed. Highly recommend this gem hotel and will be staying there on our next trip to NYC.
