Very cozy room

Everything was great. Staff was great. However, the main photo on the listing is of a pool. The pool doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s an additional $75.00 per day per person to use the pool at the neighboring Club. That’s deceiving advertisement and for that reason I wouldn’t ever stay here again

Hotel stay here was subpar. I was expecting Ravel to live up to its previous level of customer service and value and it just was not there. The staff was not welcoming and kind, they seemed even irritated at times while dealing with us and we stayed there for 9 nights along with parking. Would I stay again, possibly as a last resort.

Property looks great in photos but the photos were deceiving. The room had a lot of broken tiles, chipped paint, loose outlets and loose fixtures. The elevators did not sound or feel safe. They had scented plug-ins throughout the entire first floor, including lobby and front desk, that had an extremely strong scent that gave me a headache. I had called days ahead and asked for an early check-in but the day of arrival they were not able to accommodate so I had to wait around for 3 hours. Housecleaning staff were very loud, including slamming doors, early in the morning.

Easy to find, room was roomy, comfortable bed. Amazing wrap around balcony, with a view of long Island city. I wished I had requested a room facing Manhattan, I thought all the rooms faced Manhattan.

The location is fine only if you are driving The bed mattress was very uncomfortable way over do for a replacement!

It was very pleasant and clean and relaxing I love it I would come here again Everything was great

The view was nice. The AC in the room is definetely strong. Cleanness and attire was very good. I paid 35$ a night for parking with Valet. The valet was there for a day and I did not see him again. Shower was kinda small, but roomie. If I wanted to go into the pool which is apart of the second tower I had to pay around 40 dollars. The elevator is a lil sketchy. There was one receptionist who just had a stank tone for no reason.
