First time we go to an hotel and need to make our own bed. We arrive late expecting to go to bed and rest but realised that our room had a baby crib that we didn’t ask and the sofa bed was not ready for our kid. The staff provided a pillow and some bed clothing however when asked if guests needed to do the bed they simply replied yes. We arrived around 23 and were only able to go to bed around 1, we needed to wait and go to the reception a few times. The room looked cleaned however inside the sofa bed there were some brushes from the previous guests. Edit: My reservation was for 2 adults and a 12 year old (not a baby)

Very nice and accomodating staff. They arranged for us to eat, they have a nice bar and we enjoyed watching the World Cup with a drink. The rooms are comfortable with a spacious bathroom. We found an open box of crisps behind the curtain, which suggests a less than thorough cleaning of the room.

Easybto find. Very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Everything was good apart from, on the night we stayed, there were only pizzas on the menu.

It was well presented, the staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious enough for an overnight stay and it was a reasonable price. The bar didn’t offer most of the options on the menu, but what they did have was tasty.

We use this hotel every year as we travel to and from Spain by car from the UK. The location is very practical and the staff and facilities are great, especially the secure car park. Not easy to walk to restaurants.

Bed was great, very comfortable. Room was sapacious and clean. In a ideal location just of the motorway. Quiet rooms. Trying to find it, as I booked the Holiday Inn express. No one informed us it had changed owner ship to IBIS. So spent 20 mins driving around looking for the hotel.

The parking was secure and convenient and didn't cost more as some Hotels do. This was great. Staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful. The staff member there on our arrival spoke excellent English as we have very little French. I liked that we arrived after a long day of travel and the Hotel had some food available - which was a blessing!! The food was lovely. We've had a think and cannot think of anything we didn't like at all.
