The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and big There wasn’t hot water in the shower. We had some issues with the communication (via the intercom) to find our room (since the reception was closed).

Check in and check out were pretty simple, breakfast was okay compared to other things No warm water in bathroom, ventilation not working and room was stinking on cigarettes

Nothing to be liked or enjoyed! Room not cleaned properly, appliances with cigarette marks dirty and in a bad condition, cleaning of the floor and bathroom or room extremely poor. At the arrival time around 2am I expected to find a normal hotel room but instead I’ve had a disgraceful experience, a stinking room from cigarette and previous smoking clients I believe , the floor very dirty, hand marks all over the furniture from previous clients, bedding sheets stinking of cigarette, entrance of the Hôtel premises not secured- barrier/ gate broken and not informed or announced trough website when you do the booking. This will be a 100% safety issue and client well being report trough management and booking, a refund of the fee paid should apply and I hope so! Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!! Zero respect for customer from the part of management and staff!

The location was very convenient for our overnight stop. Room was in excellent condition and met my expectations. Breakfast was very good. Everything was working fine in the room. The Coffee & Vending machines were both defective/non-operational.

Only the location and in the future the electric charging Room small, if you need the toilet your legs are under the sink. Airco doesn't work properly. Breakfast is very bad! 8.50 for a coffee/thee/limonade, some bacon which is greasy af, scrambled eggs and cereal. Breakfast was always very good but they changed it at every bb and it's bad. Also very small seating so very cramped. We asked our money back and went to the supermarket. Also couldn't pay cash ?
