The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff when present were nice and helpful. Free parking is great. Good location and well priced. I dont know how they got away with designing a toilet area that small, that should be illegal. It is the smallest toilet space I have ever been in. I am short and not a big person and I struggled to walk into the toilet I had to walk in sideways and the sink still hit me. Its such a tight squeeze. The toilet needs to get knocked down and rebuilt as it is a health and safety risk, someone will injury themselves and they will be liable its really dangerous. There were 5 spiders and cobwebs in the room.

They remained open until I arrived, which was later than planned. The gentleman at reception was amiable. The breakfast was good. There was lots of lovely hot water in the shower. The room was tiny. The bathroom even smaller. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. I literally woke up at 2am with a back ache and fell asleep 90 minutes late while sitting up. I woke again at 6.30 am still sitting up

Liked NOTHING AT ALL. This was the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was no bigger than a cabin on a cross channel ferry. If you sat on the edge of the bed you could not open the door. The bathroom did not smell good. Again it was smaller than a cross channel ferry bathroom. There was only one pillow and reception insisted there were 2!! We booked bed and breakfast- on arrival we received a receipt for same. When we tried to have breakfast early the following morning the rude staff would not allow us because they insisted we had not paid, even showing them the printed receipt was no good. We had a very long drive ahead so we stormed out without breakfast. RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DREADFUL HOTEL. Booking. Com doesn’t care nor does Kyriad hotels care about their guests. Absolutely everything was dreadful and the worst value for money ever- the worst 71 euros ever spent.

I arrived and they hadn’t prepared my check in. I tried contacting them several times before I arrived and once I arrived via all the available phone numbers they have. We have made several attempts to try to get in touch with them. They took my money but never gave me a room and I was stranded because of them( haven’t got my money back either) Horrible experience, even worse customer service. At least try to solve the issue after what occurred but no they are too lazy to even reply to me or booking about the situation.

Lovely girl at reception so helpful trying to resolve charging my electric car… she stayed late just to help. The room was small but very clean and comfortable for me my daughter and friend after the horse show at Bordeaux… great little reasonable hotel

Breakfast. Something to improve definitely. The staff were not in the mood to work, even a single soup spoon that I asked in order to eat my cereal was not available. I have had to eat my cereals with a tea spoon

The staff are very helpful and super friendly, specially the receptionist Steve. He was very attentive and went extra mile to help There isn't any fridge to store food and breakfast closes early by 10am
