Bed and Breakfast in Hollywood Hills

Everything was perfect

Fun little b and b. Host was very friendly. We will stay there again!

The owner was incredibly nice and generous to us. However, the room itself was depressingly dirty. From gnats in the sink, dark stains on the sheets, poorly cleaned carpet, the place was just dirty beyond what I found acceptable. Location nearby to Universal is it’s saving grace

The house was not up to par with cleaning. Sheets had stains. Unkept areas of the house. Not enough parking. Pictures on site didn’t match the room pictures.

It was convenient for Universal Studios that's about it.

Room smelled old and funky. TV didn’t work. No AC. Sleeping bags as blankets aren't blankets.

Bad smell. They lock the doors and if it's late you can't enter the property. we didn't have breakfast. The toilet looks old and dirty. The carpet. the carpet very dirty. The room did not look like what I expected when I arrived.

If you like or don’t mind staying in a disgusting dirty home and rude behavior from the host then this is the place for you! My family and I did not feel welcomed when we arrived and the place smelled so bad like mildew and dirty feet. I highly do not recommend staying here. The entire room was so filthy that we decided to book a hotel else where. Please read her replies to the poor reviews you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.

Air B&B set up with the most helpful and friendly host you could want. 5 minute drive from Universal studios, but felt closer. Would stay again if he's still hosting in the future.

I don't believe there was any mention of the number of stairs to get into the property and then up to the level where the bedrooms were located. There were at least 2 flights of stairs from the driveway to the front door and another 2 flights up to the bedroom levels. These are a lot of stairs when having to carry luggage - no elevator as this is a home. Definitely not a handicap-accessible/friendly location. Having said that, the rooms were a good size with a Jack-Jill bathroom between the two rooms we were assigned. The internet worked great but only one of the bedrooms had a working television. The owner did offer up breakfast which consisted of boxes of cereal, bread/toast, juice/milk; he would also cook eggs, if requested. He just needs to use about 3/4 less oil when scrambling the eggs. I couldn't eat them because they tasted of oil and couldn't even tell (by taste) that they were eggs. The kitchen floor also needed to be swept as there were bread crumbs all along the counter.

Good location for visiting Universal Studios. Property dated and cleaning is not owners thing.

I really like the proximity to Universal Studios Hollywood. Also, the host is very friendly. Overall, it is a good value for the money.

Tarun was a wonderful host and we don’t have any complaints about our stay! He was helpful and kind and was even able to get my mom into a room as well when her hotel reservation fell through in Riverside. We’ll definitely be back!

For a one night stay, my friends and family had a good time. Bed was comfortable, and we loved the scenic garden. We had the two bedroom privacy room and it was nice. Bathroom water takes a while for it to warm up. WiFi was fast and efficient. The owner is extremely kind and caring! Please just be open minded and communicative and respectful with him. Thank you!
