Great hotel and it’s right across the street from Universal. Check in staff was so nice and friendly. Only down side was that the pool is super tiny. Would recommend and stay again!

The Tilt was a great choice for the first half of our vacation before heading down to SoCal. The location was amazing! We visited Universal Studios Hollywood, did studio tours, Griffith Observatory, Horseback riding in the Hollywood Hills, etc., and we never had a long drive to any of these places. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe here and the parking was easy to get to and not too expensive for LA. The rooms could use some updating and repairs, but overall it was clean and secure. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Rooms smelled like a used mop. The bathroom had a hard tapping noise the entire time we were there. This was room 604 and 606. Workers were friendly though and the ac work great.

Check in was fine and room was dated but alright. There is no breakfast but they have coffee. There is a very small, indoor pool. We were able to walk to Universal (not super short and uphill, but we managed), so at least that saved some money vs paying to park at Universal since you also have to pay for parking at the hotel. Overall the hotel is fine and a good enough location to access Universal, but no real amenities (not even bottles of water when you check in or anything).

Room was clean, smelled a bit like bleach at check in which I prefer over smelling bad, staff was super friendly and amazing. Ac worked great, parking was easy (we just ubered from there to wherever we wanted to go. Close to citywalk, shopping center accross the street with Pizza, thai food, a bar, a convenience and most important, a starbucks

I like the hotel because it is convenient, across the street is Starbucks and restaurants. Close to highway and Universal Studios Hollywood

But when I checked in the room they assigned me was a little dirty and the towels very old but the attention is good the staff is attentive to what you ask if you don't like something. And another thing that didn't count is that they charge for parking for your car

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfectly walkable to Universal studios. The swimming pool is super tiny 12x12 feet but enough for kids to enjoy at end of day. Restaurants are right across the street including a Starbucks. Couldnt ask for a more convenient location.

The pictures do not match the current state of this hotel. We left early and went to a different hotel because we did not feel safe. It was also very dirty/outdated.

The only downside was the parking fee. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional $27 for parking, which I feel should have been included in the cost of the stay, especially considering the room rate. Including parking would have made the experience even better. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel
