I’ve lived in LA for 10+ years and it’s also in a great area and conveniently located close to a couple of really nice spots around LA. I would definitely come again!
-
The staff was amazing! Instead of leaving the hotel,we just stayed on property. It was everything and more!
-
The check in process wasn’t ideal but they made up for it with a late checkout.

This was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed my time overall. The staff was incredibly kind / helpful - like alll of the staff that worked there and everyone seemed happy to be there. The property itself was nice - the way the inner courtyard was designed was unique. I felt like my room was business friendly and i was able to get work done peacefully and had space to do so. The only notes i would make: you can hear people thru the walls if they’re loud - especially in the bathroom itself. The other small note is that the wipes in the gym were completely dry which renders them ineffective for use. That should be fixed to keep the gym sanitary for all.

The staff was attentive and helpful, outdoor pool and property is beautiful and well kept the rooms are well kept, but there were a couple bugs seen

The hotel is in a very nice area. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. The lobby, pool area and landscaping are gorgeous. The executive suites are clean and well appointed. The food at the café is good to very good. The parking is convenient. The executive suite rooms have lots of stairs to navigate, although the waterfalls, landscaping a nd koi pond make it pleasant. The decorating is plain and sterile. The safe in our room didn't work. They tried to fix it but it needs to be replaced. They had no replacements. The converter on the tub/shower was stuck so only the shower was available. I didn't report it because it looked like an involved fix. The parking is secure and on the property but costs $55 a day + tax. The food in the Cafe is overly expensive.

My favourite hotel out our trip the staff went out their way to help you. Room was great and really spacious and the pool area was well looked after with towels topped up and the area tidied by attendants. Note to fellow travellers the valet parking and self park are the same price so might as well valet park.

Place is pretty great. Amenities are nice and location room. The room was wonderful for our family. There is a strong smell and the traffic noise from Wilshire Blvd kept us up most nights. Don’t get a street facing room.

The cleanliness, the staff and the facilities. Nothing I can remember
