Good location. Helpful staff on reception. Room was good size. Not enough hooks in the bathroom to put towels or other stuff. Pricy parking but helpful garage staff.
-
Nice hotel but overpriced. The bistro food was not good. I do not recommend eating there. Very expensive and bland. You have to pay the Bistro for a cup of coffee which is of course overpriced as well. Parking is 44 bucks in addition to the expensive room rates.

More concerning, I requested housekeeping on two separate occasions during my stay, and neither request was completed. There was also a noticeable moldy smell in the bathroom, which I brought to the staff’s attention and specifically asked to have inspected and addressed. Unfortunately, no action was taken. I am extremely disappointed with this stay, particularly as a returning guest. The level of service was well below what I have experienced here in the past, and it seems the overall quality has declined considerably since my previous visits.

Staff was very helpful.

They don't have elevator, the staff was great helping with the luggage but definitely is an issue

I understand that’s not the fault of the staff, and they did provide advance notice 4 hours ahead of check in via email. My room was ready at 4pm when I arrived. However, I had arrived with family, whose room was not ready until after 5pm. It was shared that the reason was due to a high-status Bonvoy member had requested a late checkout, and no other rooms were available. So essentially, my family was made to feel less than, due to not being a Bonvoy member, despite pre-booking for the room. After a long day of travel, the last thing someone wants to hear is that their room is unavailable due to them letting someone else stay in the room longer.

Muy buen hotel como todos los de su cadena, siempre encontramos la misma calidad y atención. En esta ocasión nos tocó el elevador descompuesto durante los 3 días de nuestra estancia, único inconveniente.

The elevao was not working during our stay.

Staff was the only thing left in that place, terrible on all fronts, absolutely everything was broken

Excellent customer service! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. We unexpectedly needed an extra room, and he made the process easy and stress-free. We can’t thank him enough for his outstanding service! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was adequate. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast experience by offering a warmer and more welcoming customer service. A friendly attitude can make a big difference for guests starting their day.

Comfortable

Staff didn’t respect room type reservations, they only clean the rooms every other day which is weird. Over all bad experience.

The parking is $42 a day. The hotel was pretty expensive, but probably comparative for the area. The staff in the dining area were very helpful, but there is no food available during the afternoon hours. The only outside food close by was a Ralph’s grocery store. Nothing else is really walkable. Otherwise everything was fine. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

My experience here was great for the location and commute into work for our on-site project. In terms of overall experience the hotel was decent and staff were courteous, bathroom and shower were tiny, phone in the room did not work, closet was small, room was a good size. Wish breakfast was included.

Comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and well-stocked. Staff helpful. Breakfast is limited. Small lobby, limited space for drop off, and on a main street.
