It was a "Hard room" and by that I mean there is a concern for a handicap person should they fall as there are a lot of hard sharp corners and little counters in the room, next to the bed and the area by the microwave. The bathroom tile may become slippery. But front desk staff pleasant. Check in and out was no problem. Location idea for shopping.

The lobby is pretty run down, and it’s a weird first impression. The outlets by the bed didn’t work. The loft rooms are very spacious. 👍

It's an older hotel with a fresh layer of paint on it. The bed was pretty comfy but our bathroom had some.. quirks? I'm not sure we would stay here again but we don't regret staying at all.

This place really needs to up its game. My room was filthy when I checked in. Location is horrible, and some seriously questionable clientele after hours. I checked out within 30 mins

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Free coffee and bottles of water in rooms. Valet parking was super easy. Road noise was loud but we slept fine, it didn't disturb us.

So spacious rooms. Staff are friendly. Clean room and instagrammable. $35 parking fee per day is reasonable for surely parking spot and valet person to help. Less than an hour from Beverly Hills and The Grove. Ralphs Grocery Store cross the street but need to drive for safety.

Amazing, cute and fun room for a girl’s trip! We loved staying in one of the lofts. We personally did not have much noise, and we felt very safe + comfortable!

They gave us their Loft room on the 4th floor room 401 I would highly recommend this room it's a great find you're right outside of Beverly Hills I would highly recommend you coming to this property parking is only $35 and the staff was very helpful Victor the valet was perfect and they even upgraded us to a nicer room due to it being an anniversary

Nice place, easy to get to from UCLA. Friendly staff. Loft room was really nice and spacious. On busy street so kind of loud even with a room off the main road. Downfall is no restaurant nearby. Grocery store with in walking distance across the street.

Based on other hotels in the area the price was reasonable. I did pay $38 for parking, but this was also typical for the area. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. I had read about the street noise and came prepared with ear buds and a portable sound machine. I had a good night's sleep.
