Our room was very clean and our night was very peaceful

Clean room spacious however pricing for parking is outrageous and they charge an incidental fee of $100 which isn’t necessary at all

Clean and relatively comfortable. Our room had the sink outside the bathroom, which some people might not like — not sure if it’s like that for other rooms. The lighting was not my favorite — hard to explain, but very fluorescent and both too bright and not bright enough at the same time. Room was very large, which was nice. Shuttle to LAX in the morning took forever, so that part wasn’t great. Staff were super friendly and professional. Hotel was serviceable and I’d stay again, but it’s not at the top of my list.

First time here but was amazed how well everything was cleaned and looked great ..I will definitely stay here again ..

Clean and roomy ! Downside was they did not have the room we reserved had to sleep on sofa bed instead of the two beds we reserved. Other than that hotel is clean and friendly staff!

We were quite happy with our stay except one major issue: we had to wait 50 minutes for the airport shuttle in the morning of August 4th, the staff continued to tell us that is was arriving shortly and we had to rush to get our flight

The room and the stay was OK but the airport shuttle didn't came more than 30 minutes though we were told it's coming in 15 minutes...

Overall the room as good and clean employees were not rude were doing there best in a tough situation. There was no noticeable management around to help the front desk get things under control especially with the dirty room problems. Don’t think I would use this hotel again n the future.

The Shuttle company was not very good. We saw 3 shuttles pass us and they were just whizzing by on the inside lane like they never intended to stop. Finally a Hyatt driver offered to drop us off. \ The air conditioning was excellent. It was a central system and it even let me change the temp. I loved that. The lemon water in the lobby was much appreciated. I give the place 2.5 to 3 stars.

Only issue was water temperature took along time to heat up, then was scorching hot and took a bit to cool back down to a safe temp.

Excelente experiencia. El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y cuenta con una ubicación conveniente. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. Las habitaciones estaban ordenadas y tenían todo lo necesario para descansar. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería en otra ocasión.

Will use again! Easy access to airport

The main problem I had was that the rooms don’t sleep 5 or have roll away beds as advertised and confirmed with 2 phone calls. That was frustrating. The manager noted it was a fire marshal order for over a year.

Shuttle service added way too much stress both from airport and back in reached to timing
