Lovey hotel with clean, comfortable rooms!

Front desk, bartender and housekeeper were all helpful and friendly. It was a short stay in between flights. Glad we chose this hotel. Nice night of rest with comfortable linens and beds. Would stay here again. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient.

Beautiful and bright, conveniently near LAX.

I thought this hotel had swimming pool but no one asked us about it and couldn’t find a sign to the location.. I wonder if it was under maintenance..

Great shuttle, front desk, and restaurant. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about all of them. The food at the restaurant was very good, the management is diligent and the wait and bar staff are efficient and friendly which is a feat! We plan to always stay there when we’re going to LAX.

Love the staff. Very clean room everytime we get back to the hotel.

The hotel was clean, the bathroom door was not really working as expected. There was a part that was broken and the door would not ipen if closed completely or close if opened completely

A quiet room, nicely decorated room...

Nothing! The best bed I’ve ever slept in all hotels I’ve been in. Very comfortable, all I wanted was to have a good transportation near the airport and a great sleep before the flight. This hotel made all comfortable for me and my daughter.❤️

Service was terrible. I woke up early in the morning and discovered the coffee maker did not work. I tried to call the front desk three times over a 30 minute period and no one answered. Finally my call was answered and they said someone would bring a replacement but after 30 minutes no one came. I called again and a different person answered and said she knew nothing about my earlier request and would send someone immediately but again no one showed up. When I mentioned it at the front desk upon checking out they flippantly said that "obviously they were busy with other work." I have never experienced this at a similar upscale hotel and will certainly not visit again.

The hotel and pool were fine. Nothing bad/nothing amazing. It's just another hotel located near the airport. The one thing that just about ruined my vacation was finding out that I was being charged SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS per night to park on the hotel property ! On top of the nightly rate ! Are you kidding me ? I've never heard of such a thing. I've since learned that this "policy" has been going on for years. Is it only in Los Angeles ? Is it a California thing ? Or is it in other major cities in the country ? A week later and I am STILL shaking my head. That is unbelievable. That's like a restaurant charging you for water, or to use their restroom...or toilet paper ! Maybe it's in the small print of my package deal with Travelocity. In that case, I plead guilty for my ignorance of such a policy. Had I known, I would've NEVER booked this hotel OR ANY HOTEL that charges 75.00 per night to park in their parking lot. That is insane. Yes, the money is paid to a valet company...they park your vehicle and return it to you. But screw that ! I'll park my car (myself) like I've been doing for years when I travel. People, please be aware of this scam, or money grab, or whatever you want to call it. Make sure you book a hotel where you can park FREE with your stay. I used to LOVE vacationing in Los Angeles and the surrounding area...but I will never return. It's too expensive, it's dirty and smells of weed, and the traffic is horrendous. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
