Came for the 3rd time, and always a pleasure! Would always come here if I come to LA. Location is ++++ Staff is great, parking is great, it’s clean, and overall a very nice place to stay. Too bad it’s missing coffee and a kettle in the rooms, but you can ask the reception to lend you a kettle for the night and that’s cool. Would love to see some breakfast set in the hotel one day :)

staff was very pleasant...and honest that the "to pay for" coffee in the lobby wasn't so good. Don't take it as a negative on the staff--we really appreciated the honesty a coffee maker in the room would be really nice

I love this place. Friendly staff, the house keepers are the best, clean and comfy!

The room had enough room, the bathroom, especially the shower was quite spacious, and designed for safety. The area was central and close to where we had to go for business. My wife would’ve liked it to be fancier, with more amenities. There was no breakfast or even a common area that could be used for eating. The nearest breakfast place was blocks away.

The pool area was nice. Areas of the hotel need attention, such as lift buttons broken. Security needs looking at anyone can access your door off the street, lots of hotels now have to use room key to access lift or corridor, homeless sleeping under your bedroom window coughing all night isn't great. The carpet in the room was filthy, had to throw all socks out because they were black from the dirty carpet. I walked barefoot and my feet were black

The only thing I would note is that, the walls are thinner than usual and the front door of our room was not as soundproof as I would have liked, but honestly I didn’t mind it for the price. Would book again!

I just spent three days here and I really like the hotel. In the heart of everything. I think the only thing I would say is it’s a little dated inside the hotel rooms. However, the bed was very comfortable. The pillows are a bit flat I wish I had a fluffier pillow and then a medium pillow and a thinner pillow for options. They are also environmentally conscious, which I thought was great.

Great location and room was clean and sanitized. The overall value for the room and the other amenities was also amazing. Free parking is always a plus also especially in the area the motel is at. Pretty quiet area too as well both in the motel and outside. Staff wasn't always available and we had to wait anywhere from 10-15 minutes for somebody at the front desk or for a housekeeper. We had a Do Not Disturb sign on our whole stay, so I can't say much about how actual housekeeping was. The WiFi is just a public network which meant it was really difficult to just even connect to the WiFi and if you did, it was probably terrible. Download videos and shows before getting to the hotel.

Was a fairly standard motel with a pool. Good location for what we were doing.
