Disappointing

They were in the middle of construction so I hope that means it’ll be better than how I had it eventually. I had trash bags as blinds upon my arrival. Not the cleanest. Convenient location.

At least the property was nearly renovated. That was one of the only positives of this place. There was unclear Directions or rules in regards to having guests, The, customer service, representative, or person at front desk, so that there’s a sign that explicitly says that I see no sign. There’s nothing in booking.com. It says nothing about no guests. I’ve been at hotels that explicitly say no guests, and it’s expressly also in the terms and conditions that you sign which was not in the terms of conditions, and which I signed so once they need a specify, but they canceled my booking because of that and something about storage but I don’t even have much stuff. So I’m really confused..

Jeff the staff was great, rooms recently renovated everything was very clean. Staff onsite kept exterior clean. Everything new in restroom and new AC units. Parking was accessible and it's located in a very well area. Great access to shops and not too far from beach.

The worlds were clean, fresh and appeared to be recently remodeled. Also the t v worked well I can't think of a thing

Currently being refurbished. Staff were lovely. Area of the hotel isn't great, lots of homeless people outside the hotel.

Nothing The manager was a liar. They weren't available at the office when i arrived. I went around back and found them. They came out and were rude. Kept changing the story about why it was he wouldn't let me check in. He claimed he knew nothing about.my prepaid reservation. Eventually, while we were talking, the reservation was cancelled, and he flipped his story to "yeah. iI cancelled is, so what?". We were left having to find new accomodations.

The photos looked beautiful and stylish. The inside was very bad: the window was covered with torn paper, the walls were bare, the sockets were covered with red paint, there were no hooks in the bathroom, and the ceiling had a dim light bulb! I was disappointed and asked to change my room. There was no other room available! I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend this hotel. Additionally, there are many homeless people outside the hotel, and the smell of marijuana is terrible!

The renovated rooms are very nice.
