The room was excellent and the staff was great. I didn’t have any problems. Great place to stay in LA. It is expensive, but I am comparing the prices to Houston(so you might not understand). The hotel was great though.

The carpet wasn’t clean And that stains the the coffee maker didn’t have and the tapwater wasn’t good to drink and they gave other people water and they didn’t Give more people water

Flew in late, decided to book last minute room. Very good price. Such a comfortable bed.

Breakfast serving restaurant had host/manager that gave lousy service. She was also loud, speaking to staff across the room while we were sitting eating.

Loved the room and the accommodations. Parking was way overpriced. 67.00 a night. That seems tremendously overpriced.

They never used to charge guest for parking I've stayed there several times and this it was $86 to park my car for less than 24 hours.

If it was possible to give -5 starts I would have. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Not to mention it took them over 20 min at 1:34am to find my prepaid room. They gave me a room where a couple were already sleeping in. Imagine everyone’s surprise when I opened the door. Went back downstairs it took them another 20 minutes to get a supervisor to assign me another room. Their response was SORRY!!! Just a horrible HILTON HOTELS experience. Find another hotel to stay at.
