Check in person was extremely helpful. We arrived late and needed suggestions for somewhere to eat. Room was clean , comfortable and spacious . Only thing lacking were hooks for towels or clothing, Kelvin checked us out. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of good variety. Staff there were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near rental cars and airport. We decided to book another night for our return trip going back to the airport when we leave CA. Parking on site. Pool and exercise room looked clean and well equipped .

All of the staff at this hotel, we’re friendly and accommodating in a very sincere way. Parking was easy. The room was pleasant and breakfast was great. A shout out to the breakfast crew that were really caring and generous. Would definitely stay again 100%.!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet. Conveniently located near LAX. Our only complaint was the long wait for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.

The only downside is only one working elevator and there were many people staying at the hotel. Also the restaurant area was on the small side . Very close to LAX.

Had an emergency and booked a few hours before check in and the staff let us check in early and accommodated us very well. The breakfast and the shuttle to the airport were great and very useful. Will be staying here again just because it was so great!
