Great place to stay. Staff are very welcoming. You have to be on the alert when trying to find the entrance to the car park.

I like the fact that I felt very safe with all the safety measures they had in place foremost. I also was grateful for the free breakfast each day. Everyone was very helpful and personable. My granddaughter used the exercise equipment and that was also important to her. I would definitely recommend staying here and also would stay there again myself.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. There was ample parking in the multi level underground garage. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the staff were warm and welcoming! We had arrived a little before the 3:00 check in and the staff eagerly checked to see if they had a room available for early check in, which they did. The room was clean, the temperature was perfect, and every staff we encountered, from front desk, housekeeping, and even a maintenance worker, were full of smiles and welcoming greetings. We enjoyed reading for a bit on the relaxing rooftop terrace, after a long drive. The buffet breakfast was on point, with a great variety. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and amazing customer service! Amanda was very nice. I wake up at 6 am hearing the footsteps of ppl in the room above me. Location is right next to main streets if you don’t like car noise, it’s not for you. Rooms were a bit small but not an issue.

The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and a delight to talk to.

Good location close to UCLA and Sawtelle Japan town. Breakfast buffet and area was great. Room was a bit smaller than what we're used to, and entrance to hotel was tricky as GPS didn't work well with the location. Price point was a bit high for the quality of amenities and room.
