Hotel June West L.A., a Member of Design Hotels

It is always a pleasure to stay at The Hotel June. The property is conveniently located, staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the room is laid out well and clean. The pool, and all its amenities, is amazing, as is the onsite restaurant. A big standout is the valet parking crew. Always right there to assist with parking.

I did have some issues with the AC during my stay. The AC in my initial room wasn’t working properly, so the staff moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was still a little stuffy, and it seemed like the AC wasn’t working properly there either. I think the rooms could use some improvement to make the stay more comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant. Mario provided amazing service and was very accommodating, even while the restaurant was short-staffed. He made sure I was taken care of and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in LA, which I really appreciated. I ultimately decided to shorten my stay due to personal matters, so I didn’t get to experience everything the hotel had to offer. Overall, I would recommend Hotel June for a quick trip or short stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport. With some improvements to the rooms and AC, I think it could be an even better experience.

My friend and I stayed here for a quick LA trip, and it was absolutely perfect!First off, the service is unmatched—the valet guys were so nice and went completely above and beyond by making sure my rental electric car was fully charged.The hotel itself has such a great clean-cut vibe. The pool area is so cute, and we absolutely loved the little loft bar upstairs. The entire aesthetic is just beautiful and photo-worthy. It is an absolute must for an LA trip, and we will definitely be back!

Very modern and nice decor, pool area is really lovely, rooms spacious with nice toiletries, great gym, decent coffee. Staff were v nice. Close to the airport but still needs an uber - by no means walkable The prices for breakfast were astounding - $12 for some fruit… I went to the supermarket close by or got food delivered rather than getting lunch at the hotel. It was also a real shame the breakfast place didn’t do proper service - everything was served quite sadly in takeaway boxes, which made the experience quite clinical. If you have the nice space, use it, I’d say. The room furnishing was also a bit sparse which didn’t make it cosy. Room service never replenished my room coffee kit in a whole week of staying The pillows were far too soft for me - did get neck pain. Hairdryers not strong enough - took ages to dry. And perhaps most importantly, the room got quite humid as there didn’t seem to be a working extractor, only a tiny window to open, and the A/C blasted out air straight across the bed very loudly, which wasn’t great for sleeping.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my daughter and young pup. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Glad to have the restaurant downstairs. A lot of amenities, including a pet store nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in LA, especially if you have a dog.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel June for a long weekend as recommended by one of our friends that live in Cali and we absolutely loved it! Upon arrival we were greeted very politely by staff at the front desk and offered complimentary waters. The staff also let us know that our room has been upgraded to a nicer one with a city view. Throughout our stay at Hotel June we felt comfortable and treated well by everyone. Not to mention the space was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing! Room was clean and complimetary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer was provided.

Everyone in the hotel was very nice and the tiki-esque restaurant was fun. Didn't try the food but had drinks. Will go back!

Clean room, comfy bed, nice view and we love the amenities on the property. The restaurant had tasty food and drinks although it was quite expensive. The pool was such a fun vibe and the DJ just made it a fun experience overall. It was a bummer to have to order ice every time we wanted it because it took anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes to get ice when we wanted it but other than that we really didn't have any problems and the location was convenient for attending a concert at Sofi!

Location close to airport, but far away from main attractions like Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Beverly Hills, etc. Will need Uber or Lyft for transport everywhere (that is also an LA thing). Good amenities (including 'Aesop' products in the bathroom) and very friendly staff. Restaurant and pool looked good also, though we did not get time to use.
