I love this hotel!! Charming, great location, beds are extremely comfortable! Randy the bartender is the best! My favorite hotel in BH!

The overall smell of the hotel was awful. It permeated our clothes. The pool and other amenities are located at a different location at their sister hotel. The bed was cool and the bathroom but we weren't given soap and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. Much less glamorous than the pictures.

Room smelled of urine so badly my wife checked out a few hours after arriving and left for another hotel. Room was also very shabby - nothing like the pictures. They are about to commence renovations on parts of the hotel. It should not be listed as an option until the rooms have been redone. I was sufficiently bad that I would characterize the listing as fraudulent.

The room was horrible. I didn’t stay mora than an hour. And when I was leaving, another lady was running away too. Her room didn’t even have a luck on the door.

It was an older air conditioning unit but it was fine. The carpeting probably needs replacement but it was a very nice clean room. The bed was excellent and I stated a lot of hotels when I mean the bed was excellent. It was a hell of a lot better than all these other hotels

Room smelled like mildew. Internet doesn’t function well on my phone from my room as I was better off not logging into it. Complained and guy makes me log on in the lobby Smdh. Of course it will work there! Under construction and they allowed a worker to do work right outside my window in AM which woke me up. Look outside and a man is looking into my room!!! Horrific!

Bed was comfortable, loved having a bath tub, and pet friendly.

Room very tiny. Restaurant and gym were in a neighboring hotel. Could not see the name is the hotel from the outside as they were doing work and it was completely covered.

Carpet held together by duct tape, the welcome was a very disinterested staff member where I felt more like an inconvenience than a paying customer. The shower window seal was moldy and gross. Paying what I paid and had to deal with a window unit for an A/C was not what I expected. No cleaning service either.

Under construction but excellent location

The woman that checked me in was not nice at all, nor welcoming. The AC is a loud portable machine with a tube out the window, not sure why the in room one was not able to be used. it is nuts that the coffee is only across the Alley, it would be so easy to put a thermos of coffee and of hot water for tea and some cups in the morning and a few teabags.

The photos were deceiving the room was not nearly as big as it appeared, everything was old and outdated, the bathroom was really tiny, the TV was outdated, I stayed there for five nights, and my sinuses were very stuffy and backed up.

The room seemed a bit shabby, carpet very worn in several places; red moire wallpaper, red headboard, red carpets rather loud. Even louder, the heater in the room makes a lot of noise. I tried turning it off and that just made for endless drip, drip, drip noise.

The late afternoon front desk person was incredibly rude, not even a brief hello or even acknowledgement when we checked in— apparently in keeping with the quality of the hotel. Someone was actually changing clothes in the hallway when we arrived on the second floor, creepy. We left that same night for good at 6 pm and did not even want to engage the front desk for a refund.

Musty smell, tiny room - too small to unpack our suitcases. We left and stayed at another hotel.
