Valet was very rude I never checked in
-
The shower had little to no privacy so if you are with a friend it’s not the greatest. The room was nice, not a lot of walking space though. Overall I give the the room a 7/10 but it wasn’t worth 800+ dollars.

In the photos the Moxy looked updated and maintained. Once you get up to the room hallways it’s very outdated and run down. The rooms are tiny and don’t have a real bathroom, and the sink is in the area where the beds are. The tile in the toilet/shower area was very dirty & dated. The lighting in the vanity area was horrible. We stayed for 4 days and house keeping only came for one day, and only took the trash from the trash cans, but didn’t even make the beds. We tried calling housekeeping & the front desk multiple times but no one answered for our entire stay. We ended up getting our towels from the pool. Another downside is the pool is owned by the neighboring hotel and had extremely limited hours we could use it, and it was closed on 2 of the days.

Great rooms, loved the bars and clubs
-
Beautiful view. Although parking not included…valet only.

Room was not clean had a smell to it the hallways had a funky smell as for a room to be changed never clean the room didn’t have enough towels
-
The elevator situation is quite annoying, stopping at every other floors. They could use more. Room is tiny but well appointed. Can get loud on week ends. Otherwise clean, the gym is huge
-
Great location, very clean . Didn’t like that we had no water available in our room
-
Very friendly and helpful staff
-
elevators broke down, rooms hot AC didn't want to run, hotel good over all, alot of homeless in area of downtown, walking distance to all we needed to do though
-
The pool looked nothing like the photos at all !! The lounge chairs were trash there were no white lounge chairs in the pool like the photos shows. The staff was amazing! Room was nice. But the pool is why we booked so you can understand my frustration.

Checked in fine but then was woken up late night by staff calling to say they had an issue with my check in and that I needed to come to the desk. NOT APPRECIATED!
-
The only problem was I was with kids and on Saturday we went to the pool and it was closed for a pool party 21 and over. I think if I knew about that before I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Kind of sucks not to be able to go to the pool in the middle of summer.

We had a great time at the hotel and the pool area, than dinner at Lola’s was super good I just didn’t like the level 8 night club atmosphere!! So crowded and small
-
Rooms are very small, you can't walk in front of bed without hitting the wall contraption holding the TV. Had the corner room was excited for view only to have one wall covered up by TV thing
-
Nice rooms but whoever designed the bathroom must have been on acid.
-
The rooms are small but close to everything. We could hear the party on the 8th floor til midnight the. It was really quiet. Overall great stay.
-
Small rooms. ,no closet space , high parking fees
-
Nice hotel enjoyed the stay

They charged me a daily fee twice! Even though I only stayed one night they charged it the day I arrived nd the day I left. They don’t have parking so that was another $50 per night! Hall carpets were dirty and they only have ice machine in one floor #9. Sink faucet is placed very low in the sink base so it’s hard to hash hands or face. Location was convenient to our destination (convention center) so that was a plus. Parking was not. Since we had to park in the Public structure and carry our bags through the streets.
