It is a pub so expect a little late night noise although I was above the bar and it didnt stop me getting a restful early night. On the plus side there is no road noise unlike other options.

Good value for money, Good location ready for a trip to Caldwell park 10min drive away. Private parking to the rear of the hotel free of charge. Rooms could have been a little cleaner (dust cobwebs hanging from the ceiling). Also could hear music and loud talking from the bar below the room.

Despite the room being above the pub, the room was really quiet and I was not disturbed and I had a very restful night. I slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt have breakfast in the hotel. no complaints.

Loved the town of Louth The room smelt of damp and the bathroom had tiles all missing around the bath leaving rough edges to catch your feet on, also the stairs up to the room was quite steep.

Location and clean, big size of the room Everything was spot on till 20 00. Then, hell started for 4 hours, finishing 24 00! The room is just above a karaoke bar! The room floor did not isolate against noise, so imagining how it had been in that room for 4hrs!!!
