The staff was excellent and nice. Good hospitality! The bed was wide and comfortable. The hotel is quite old, so i think it needs some reparations. The bathub was actually clean, but the old stain made it look a bit dirty.

Absolute gem of a place. Perfect room and the bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Great pool too. The staff were really good and very helpful. Food cooked by another restaurant and delivered.

The poll and the inner yard There is no POS so you cannot use your VISA to pay and we had to change money so we asked to wait for the payment but they imposed on us to pay at that moment because they were afraid we will run away and they will not get the payment even if I guaranteed the payment with my card so this couldn’t happen.

The room was alright No shower gel and shampoo in the room. We couldn’t completely turn off the light in our room it was‘t working so we had to sleep with some light on :(((

Special thanks to Winan for your willingness to spend your time to inform us about the activities or point of interest that we could fo or visit during our trip at North Bali, she was so communicative and friendly. Also the gentleman (Security ) that we met this morning so friendly to, he was so patient assist us and make sure we are safe before we go to see the dolphin. There are several concern from my side: 1.Please bring your own soap, shampoo, & dental kit , property not provide it 2.Management should consider to do proper training to all staff incharge about product ,knowledge , standard service 3. Management Please consider to provide towel in room in stead to waiting guest to ask about the towel. With my experience they not put towel in my room as they already received my reservation that on my booking already state i was travel with 2 adults h& 1 child. 4. I thought property should have staff stand by at reception to welcoming, handling guest check in. From my experience when i check in there is no one on reception , i had to wait about 15 minutes there then i decide to look 5around, finally see the staff was hiding behind counter Bar at restaurant. 5. Please do maintenance on bathroom washbasin

Although the room could have been cleaner, the staff has been amazing in accomodating our requests also in regards to the offer for breakfast. They will certainly grow better with a little bit of extra training. The pool and the flowers in the garden make this place really authentic and beautiful. Thank you

- Nice swimming pool and garden - Very friendly and helpful staff - Polite manager who was willing to listen to our feedback and seemed to be determined to solve the issues - The rooms look like they need a renovation (looks better on photo than in real life) - Mold on some walls - Bathroom was not clean enough. Mainly the shower had mold everywhere - After a long trip we wanted to relax for a bit… but we were instanly chatted up by some guy called “Sudi” that tried to sell us a dolphin trip. Very unpleasant and annoying. Not worthy for a hotel

Staff were extremely welcoming. Starting from the room itself, exceptionally spacious room and well equipped AC. Bathroom was also spacious and clean but dont expect a high end finish. As for breakfast it was nothing special, having a basic meal with no fresh juice options. I was a little bit disappointed with the breakfast.
