The gardens are lovely and the mosaic pathways and stairs are beautiful. Room was spacious and had a fridge. Noise of all the children in the pool all the time.

Location of the place is nice It’s acceptable to stay 1 day, but not for long term The area looks cute, also they let us eat breakfast earlier. They gave welcome drinks - but they didn’t give water overall - weird - better to give bottles of water. The room is not the best at cleaning. They don’t have hot water. Also it was clogged toilet and clogged sink. We had to wait long time to do check in - at least they could inform how long to wait, instead of just sitting without knowing. The lady at check in - seems super unprofessional - I had to repeat many times basic numbers like 1 9 to confirm the birth details - it’s not that she doesn’t know English, it’s something else. No water refills, room was dark.

Very close to the beach access Rooms are a little small once you have all your luggage in there and try to move around, have to go down the beach to swim.

A piece of paradise in a busy Lovina. This hotel has huge and comfortable rooms with balconies, is super clean, has a very nice breakfast included in the price, everything in the room works, down to smallest detail. People working here are very friendly and hard working. For the 1st time in my 2 months in Asia I finally had a mosquito net over my bed. There are so many trees, flowers, and birds around the rooms that it felt like being in a botanical garden. It's on the street with lots of restaurants (the best is Warung Madi!), a spa, and cafes, but it it's not overly busy. You don't hear anything except the birds singing. Unfortunately, Lovina doesn't have a wakable beach, and the "beach" near the hotel is tiny and full of trash (like most of the beaches in this area, sadly). Just stick with a hotel's big pool surrounded by greenery.

We booked for a 2 twinbed room online and I messaged them twice to be sure, at our arrival they gave us a room with one large bed. We were also told that since we had 7AM excursion in the morning we could have the breakfast at 6.30am exceptionnaly but when I went in the morning, a woman said it was not possible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The garden was beautiful and very Balinese style. We had a lovely view of the pool. The breakfast was ok. We enjoyed the pancake. Thank you to the lovely staff. The pool was dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. Very murky. Such a shame as everything else was good and clean.

It was very relaxing, staff were wonderful. I little bit noisy, you can hear the people next door.

The location is very close to the sea and easy to find and park. Everything is perfect.

room, pool, cafe electric wires right outside my room, bathroom toilet had a strong smell when first arriving; no dolphins on early morning boat ride which was highly rated with zero results, and this actually made a difference in how many days I would bring my group next year

This is the most beautiful hotel, the courtyard area is idillic, and the restaurant being open and surrounded by so much green is a joy. The pool is serene and relaxing. It’s a lovely place to be. Location is quite remote. It is next to a beach, but not the sort of beach that is for sunbathing. It’s a working beach, lots of boats, and a market next to it. There are plenty of places to eat locally. Personally, the hotel is best though. It may be bit more, but worth it. They make a great Margarita too!! The rooms are really nice. The balcony and terraces all appear to be quite public. The spa is delightful. Speaking to a physiotherapist who was staying, he said that it was done to perfection, with expertise and understanding. I would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Lovely ambience, friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Food fabulous. Pool lovely Food fabulous but very slow. I had to be upgraded because bed awful in standard room. Between 3 of us, several things not working, although it was fixed fairly quickly

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really tasty. Spa fantastic. Everything very clean Wasn't much i didnt like. Kitchen a little slow in meal preparation.
