Gorgeous hotel offering beautiful Balinese-style villas. Everything is clean and perfectly well-maintained. The staff is nice and helpful.

Beautiful bungalows, well cared for every day if you want. Shower pressure is a little low at times. Breakfast served is not big but sufficient. Staff attending are very friendly and helpful. Pool is a delight to have. Location. Not much to do around the hotel itself. The beach nearby is not usable for swimming or sunbathing. Lovina beach for swimming a few kilometers away.

We enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable. Love that they had plenty of places to hang your wet clothes. We enjoyed the pool area and restaurant. Breakfast was good. Staff was great and we would definitely stay here again. The bathroom tile was slick as well as the tile outside if it rained and got wet. Outside they were quick on mopping it up.

What a dissapointing experience. When i checked in, i found out the property pictures were different with the advertisement at booking.com. When i complaint to reception, she said to me it’s because their property is on renovation. The advertisement used the property on renovation and it’s not ready to used and offer an old room that different from pictures to guest. At the end i had to rushing to looking for new place, i decide to cancel that room. Such a scam! Everything

This cosy and lovely hotel is beautifully done. The care and attention of the staff to make sure you enjoy every aspect, from the room/bungalow, the on-site restaurant, the spa is wonderful. You are made to feel welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend. Nothing to be said.

Great stay helpful and great staff . Clean rooms clean and nice dining area and swimming pool. Just one minute walk to go watch the dolphins. I want to say a very thanks ?to sude JUNIE and KADEK in the spa, WUULAN in the dining area with a lovely smile on her face always,and the night chief komang best cooked food in lovina ?

Very nice hotel, super nice staff, beautiful gardens, and lovely pool. Super clean room, comfy beds, A/C, and hot shower. Good breakfast, I love the jaffle! Nice, quiet location, close to the beach. They also book tours, taxi, and laundry services. Excellent value!
