Shower was ABYSMAL and looked so so so dirty. Awful having to stand in it and my friend refused to haha

The aircondition did not work! It was so hot on the room and the staff tried to fix it but they could not

The location by the beach is great. Direct access for Boat Trip to Dolphin Watching. Excellent Staff. May be a little $ spend to repair the Main Room Door Latch and Door Gap can improve the Security Feel of the room.

The location was great. Beautiful pool and at the waterfront. A small gym and restaurant. We only stayed for one night so didn’t get to enjoy it that long. Friendly staff. The first room the balcony door didn’t close to stop the bugs from coming in. Thankfully they moved us to another room. However the rooms are dated and not overly clean.

Good option to stay in Lovina

Food menu was basic , and average . Though could rate the fish Mahi Mahi. I stayed 6 days so tried most dishes. Having said that - I still look Fwd to returning.

-no soap and no shampoo, stained towels -during check-in, the receptionist didnt inform us about the facilities available on the premises -we have put the dnd sign hanging but the staff knocked on the door and entered the room.

The grounds were lovely - clearly maintained with pride. The staff were also very kind and worked hard to help and accomodate us. The pool was nice and we were within walking distance of a small shop, the beach, and some restaurants. The facility is dated. We were dissatisfied with our booked room, which didn't match the pictures online. The staff offered us another, though it wasn't much of an improvement. Rooms were not very clean and in somewhat poor repair.

Beach resort with good facilities. Friendly staff. The room was not so clean. There was mold in the walls, it smelled like mold in the room. Also the bathroom had a weird smell. The next morning we found a big cockroach in the bathroom.

The place and gardens were beautiful. Loved to dine over looking the ocean. You can get the dolphin boats right here on the beach and it has beautiful sunsets. The room was smaller than advertised, and you heard everything. Next time I come, although the view is beautiful, I will request a room not right by the pool.

Spacious room with balcony close to the pool and garden. My family love the environment of the garden where looks traditional, beautiful and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and toilet was bad where i found many dust on table, floor and toilet. Room facilities need to improve and maintenance. We found our main door lock abit loose and need to use key to lock/open and sometimes was hard to open looks like stuck. Curtain on the balcony need to wash, there was many stains and fungus on it.

Beautiful gardens. Large comfortable rooms with excellent shower Nice pool Excellent staff. The cocktail called Malificent ? Easy to take a day trip up into the mountains and visit waterfalls. It would be nice to have a hair dryer. Please provide small shampoo and shower gel. Need better signs for finding the rooms. Beach is not nice and has sea urchins but the pool is very nice.

The pool is good and it’s direct to the beach inside the hotel area. The Environment is very good and create the refresh & nature ambience It’s a bit old already and there is no separation or curtain between the bathup and washtafel/closet area so the water can splash anywhere while you’re taking shower. The breakfast is not refillable. At 9am most of it already empty especially the stall. Actually the breakfast time was at 7-10am. So you have to come at 7am if you wish to find many choices.
