Nice and very helpful staff. Cozy rooms with smart TV (Netflix). Right at the end of the property at the pool, there’s the access to the beach where it directly goes to the boats to the dolphin tour! Extremely convenient! ??

Right in front of the dolphin tour meet Beachfront to walk to bars Lovely little pool with ocean views Room was a little basic looking but actually really comfortable and even had an English plug socket! Bathroom floor very slippery by the shower

Rooms are big and nice. Good swimming pool with a bar. Breakfast is good enough with many choice from buffet. The staff are really kind,helpful and friendly. Kids loved the hopp on bus what was taking us to our rooms because we were at the very back next to restaurant. We had the bungallow with dolphin watch. We were lucky to see the dolphins. The beach was clean we could even take the kids to the shore.

The happy friendly staff obviously enjoy working there. The location is right on the beach and also close to shops and in walking distance from Lovina Central. The gardens are immaculate and a credit to the friendly gardener. The pool is exceptionally clean. Evi at the Spa does an exceptional massage. I was welcomed back this year as though I was an old friend. Aneka is as good value as the hotel where I have stayed for many years and the price is much lower. The lighting in the rooms needs to be brighter, especially over the bathroom mirror. Bacon needs to be included in the breakfast buffet every day as the sausages are not nice. The rest of the breakfast is good.

Amazing service. My wife has a handicap with walking. They were amazing from room placement to transport her via ‘buggy’ through the beautiful setting. They have a training program for kids and we loved talking to them. Adiadi was my favorite ?. Amazing service. Go to warung Ayu, secret garden restaurant and use captain Nemo for a 4 hour snorkeling and dolphin cruise starting at 7. 100 meters from walkway Lovina

Complex was clean, room clean and bed comfortable. On the left of the beech , there was a fabulous restaurant with amazing staff and much better food. We chose for a one night dolphin experience. We arrived at 1pm after a 4 hour trip from south of Bali. We asked for a coffee . We were advised that we could only get Balinese coffee and beer until 4pm due to a conference being held. At 4pm we were informed we could still not get alcoholic drink (although advertising 2 for 1 from 4pm to 6pm) or coffee as conference had over run. We complained to reception who advised a coffee would be delivered to us at the pool, nothing materialised in the following hour. Between 1pm and 4.30pm the conference was loud with music and Megaphone blasting across the complex throughout the whole of the presentation. The hotel should not be accommodating tourists on the day they hold other events. There were other issues, but basically very poor service

It’s directly by the beach and you can find many cute restaurants on the beach. The Villas are super basic and feel unwelcoming when entering. There is almost no natural light in the room. In the bathroom there is nearly any space to store you’re toiletries

The hotel was on the beach, a nice pool area and friendly staff. Our room was very dated, we were in a room with the aircon machines all outside so our room was noisy all night, we didn’t get a lot of sleep.
