Hot water in the shower only lasted 2 minutes before it turned cold, shared pool.

We really feel the warmth during our stay, the staffs are so friendly and welcoming. The hospitality is amazing and the room is clean and big for both of us. Definitely will book this villa again if we go to lovina in the future!

This was a a3 night interlude for us while we were waiting for our villa to be ready. Lovina is an interesting place. It's a place where you can make your own adventures! Wasn't sure at first, but we ended up having a great time. You will need a scooter. Odika was wonderful. I can not fault the staff, we had breakfast included and it was lovely. There was a morning when the breakfast wasn't hot when it arrive at our door and we mentioned that it was cold when it arrive and they rectified the problem, they went above and beyond. The staff are the highlight of this place, they really are wonderful. You feel so taken care of. The rooms are clean and there is everything you need. Good for a short stay. The pool was lovely and the wifi was great ! It's not that I disliked anything, I would rather use it constructively here to help others to make a decision. We travel alot and it's nice to have honest feedback when making a decision. There were a couple of things for us, there are 6 rooms that all open onto a swimming pool and it's a very small area and can be quite loud when the place is at capacity. Especially if there are children. I also found that the walls were very thin and so you can hear what is happening in the room next to you. As well as that you can hear the neighbours air con vibrating through the wall. If you are looking for a quiet stay then I recommend you look at one of the more expensive rooms options.

The extremely friendly and helpful staff. They spoke English quite well, so it was easy to communicate with them. You can literally ask for anything, and they will make it happen. The food is also to die for! I highly recommend them I have no complaints ?

The room was a good size with a bed larger than expected. Room service was lovely, traditional food at a cheap price and served with a smile. Staff all lovely and welcoming. Easy to communicate to staff for room service or booking events through whatsapp from your room. Great service and large room for such a cheap price, really good spot for a over night stop over. Couldn't watch much on TV as half the HD channels didn't work, and a lot of the other channels were international with no subtitles. The biggest and only real issue was that the bathroom was not great - the odour was not what we were used to. My kids and I were not comfortable showering and didn't really use the bathroom due to the hygiene smell and cleanliness ( based on being 1 level and older). Not walking distance to anything, needed a driver to get to anything or the beach, which was fine as we were only stopping for the night.

Minor issues, Need to improve the hygiene because i found 1 big cockroaches in the room, but it all covered by their superb hospitality. The pathway to the hotel need to be improve at least trim the bushes and give more lighting, but since it located in residential area, maybe they need to collaborate with other recidence.

Amazing place - very attentive stuff providing everything you need. Enjoyed everything! Location is a bit far from center but the gojek works perfect in Lovina so just take that into consideration and enjoy!
