The bathroom and the bedroom have ventilators for each that you can always enjoy clean air! The whole building is shoe free so the floor is spic and span. If you want to practice yoga on the floor, go ahead! And they have various different breakfasts for free let's give you enough energy and the happiness to start the day. They have two free Wi-Fi connections so you can use which one ever but both of them are strong enough! And most importantly people working here have a beautiful heart! I was happy staying here!

Location was so good, walkable distance to everywhere. Staff was just amazing. We also rented a bike from them and was great. Breakfast was also amazing. Definitely would come here again! I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger, with 2 luggages you really have not much space to store things. The smell of the bathroom was really bad sometimes, but they cleaned everything super nicely and changed our towels daily that I cannot complain :)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped with renting a bike, booking slow boat and were very happy to help Breakfast was tasty and quick, even made a packed breakfast for the morning of the slow boat ! Lost electricity through the nights a couple of times but nothing to not be expected whilst travelling

Our fan started to make a lot of noise on our last day there.

Location was great, daily new towels and water given, the owners are so friendly always smiling when we came in. Aircon and fan in the room perfect for the Luang Prabang heat, close walk to everything.

From start the finish the owners were so accommodating and lovely. I found their bus prices to be cheaper than online and the breakfast was very good too. They let us leave our bags there when we went to Nong Khiaw and we booked an extra night. Location is excellent too :) Beds were a little hard but other than that it was fantastic!

Clean and excellent location. The bed was a little hard but that is very common in Asia.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Very kind host, good breakfast, comfy bed.

Comfortable and clean room, with water and towel refill every day. Good location near the center of the city and Mount Phousi but in a calmer street. There is no window in the room. Actually, there is one, but it opens on the corridor of the building so not on the outside. And the light in the corrdidor stays on all night so it can be a bit disturbing to sleep.

Has steep stairs to the second floor, so be aware of this. Our room had a “window” but it was just wooden doors. It would be nice to get light in without the bugs.

All around perfect!! The staff are welcoming and friendly, the breakfast in the morning is a really well cooked and fresh. We felt like we were close to everything and our room had loads of space and the bed was great!! Thank you!

Good location to explore town, super friendly and helpful staff, we could leave our luggage when going on a 2 day hike. Room was basic but had all we needed. Very hard beds, room was a bit small

The owner is very helpful with tour recommendations and transportation. Lovely breakfast. Quiet rooms.
