Location is geat. Very convenient for us to do Morning Alms. The front building, from the balcony, is good to see many people waiting monks coming for Morning Alms. a staff has poker face.

A construction work was done in the garden during our stay. It was very noisy!

Next to wat senesouk. Very convenient location. We were asked to pay a more expensive price at the front desk than agreed upon on booking.com. The staff had shown us that the higher price was the price stated in the his booking system. And did not make any effort to resolve the issue. We were forced to pay the higher price unhappily. We stayed 4 nights at a price higher than stated in booking.com. Not sure what was the cause of this unreasonable price increase. Quite odd and unsatisfactory.

Location provided a good view of the Monastry and the Alms giving ceremony. The service was appalling. The receptionists were constantly on their phones, with very little eye contact, not welcoming at all. Left us to carry our cases down steep stairs, did not ask about our stay, did not care. We woke with neck ache every morning due to the bricks disguised as pillows.

Nice Hotel at a very good location. Room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. The gong from the temple right across the street was very loud every morning around 4 am, plus the staff present did not speak too much english which made it hard to communicate.

The hotel is in a great spot, right on the main road in Luang Prabang. It’s just a short walk to all the main sights in the Old Town, including temples and markets. There are also plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. We booked three rooms; two were in the back courtyard (which was very quiet) but the family room faced the main road, which was very noisy in the mornings because of the crowds coming for the alms-giving. The hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful. They mostly just handled check-ins and check-outs and didn’t offer much assistance.

Right in the center of old town. It had a great balcony. Very comfortable beds. The monks at the way across the street pounded the drum at 4:00 AM .
