Very clean and nice rooms with AC! The staff were super friendly and helpful with booking taxis and motorbikes. The included breakfast was very good as well. Nice pool to relax at and good location to the night market and the restaurants!

Great location, close to night market and main atractions. The room was beautiful, clean and confortable. Staff was super gentle and kind. The breakfast was not good. The bread was dry and fruits not so fresh. It could be better to meet the level of rest of the hotel.

Nice property, good breakfast, nice but not great location. Quiet street. Breakfast items took some time to be brought out. For example, there was about a 25-minute wait for eggs.

Cheap place to stay for a night, good AC overhead fan. Bed was like a torture device, rock hard!!! Bathroom set up was weird n smelled a bit.

The proximity to the river, night market, temples, and restaurants was fantastic. The morning breakfast was filling and had decent options to choose from. The staff was super helpful. The water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot so there was no such thing as taking an”hot shower”.

The facilities overall were very good, location good too….. but the staff were exceptional, particularly lady young who was amazing in her manner, very caring and considerate and accommodated our every need; she is an absolute credit to the team and a first class ambassador for the hotel. A musty smell in the room and the temperature was cold...but overall a very comfortable room.

Location and friendly staff Bed was too hard even for people who like firm mattresses. Coffee during breakfast was too local (I couldn’t drink it)

had a wonderful stayd for our family trip to Luang Prabang. I was very happy with my room it was bigger than I expected. Very clean. Really good sized rooms.
