My favorite hotel in Luang Prabang! Excellent location, very comfy bed, friendly attentive staff, great pool with lots of trees. Room was big, AC worked great and was a modern quiet machine, pillows were great, shower was nice and hot with good pressure. Room was quiet at night yet only a couple minute walk from the night market. Breakfast is good but nothing special, typical buffet. They do have an espresso machine though which rocks. Gym was limited but easy to use. There is a quality Laotian restaurant across the street. Nothing! It’s a great hotel.

I loved the rooms and the pool area. It has great internet connectivity outside so could work from my laptop. The staff was nice and also want to mention that the gym available is also ok.

Great location. Easy to walk to downtown. As everywhere in Luang Prabang there are dogs and roosters at night. Front desk staff was exceptional. When arriving, the guy sprinted towards us to help with our luggage. When our TV did not work, somebody came to our room within 60 seconds. They are really doing everything they can so you have a great stay without pushing you for excursions you don't want. Communication was a challenge. 1 hour before arriving I received a message from Booking.com that my credit card was declined so I was nervous if I had a room or not. But the front desk person immediately put me at ease, and said that all was good.

A very pleasant place to stay indeed, with calm, friendly and helpful staff. A short walk to all the things one wants to see and do. Good breakfast and an excellent pool.

Location was good. Staff was not friendly. Gym was horrible. It consisted of cement weights and broken machines.

Great location with a peaceful atmosphere. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the city market and within 15–20 minutes of most major sightseeing spots, including the hill and temples. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, which was perfect for refreshing after a long day of walking. There are also plenty of restaurants and food stands nearby. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful—they can book taxis to the waterfall or airport and offer great suggestions for planning your day. The breakfast buffet was good, though it would be even better with a wider variety of choices.

The air con has big noise. At the time of check in, the staff could not find my booking properly. It is advised to print out the booking confirmation, passing it to the receptionist.
