Simple and efficient guest house, perfect for one night Nothing to complain about

Had a great stay here. Great location, close to night market. Clean, good breakfast, hot shower. Friendly staff. Everything we needed. Would stay here again Nothing

Very pleasant and courteous staff. Gave me a room immediately on arrival. No haggling about a 2 pm only check in time. Gave me a decent room with a mountain view. Also the receptionist took the trouble to explain the availability of a bicycle for riding around on the Mekong and Tham river fronts. Location is splendid. Every Luang Prabang attraction is within walking/ cycling distance. Don't bother about the hotel breakfast, go to the legendary Cafe Benetton on Sisavangvong Road. The hotel is long past it's prime. Needs an urgent makeover. Specially the front facade and the reception area. Also the hotel looks old and jaded.

The hotel is very clean and lots of friendly staff. My room had a lovely view of the mountains and a nice big double bed. Location is very central and the breakfast area was nice to sit and eat the delicious omelette and fruits in the morning. There was a dog barking a lot right outside my room very loud sometimes during the night ( this is not the hotels fault and I love animals so it’s ok but thought I would mention it)

The staff are very lovely and cheerful. The room was very nice. The vibes are cool! The location is very convenient.

The staff are welcoming and really helpful and obliging for all your needs. I used this as a base too for when I travelled south to vang vieng and then north to Nong Khiaw. They looked after my large backpack whilst I did this and did a great laundry too. They have a kettle in the room, fridge and bottled water every day. Shower was great too. A little rear outside area too although I didn’t use it- no furniture there. I would happily stay again, as it was on a quieter side street that felt so safe and cheerful with a cute little shop almost opposite to get my daily ice cream The fridges could do with a deep clean. Bit grimy. Breakfast was very basic just eggs or an omelette with a small bowl of fruit, (and a bit of salad, 4 small sausages) which after 5 mornings didn’t appeal. So I would skip breakfast here and go and explore other places.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillow, short walk to places. Bathroom light kept on flicking. AC unit was quite loud

Excellent hospitality, helpful staff, great location, quiet hotel, comfortable rooms.

The staff were lovely and helped us book a cheap train & transfer to the train station. Really good location, only a 5-10 minute walk from the night market. Very clean throughout the building. Hot and easy to use shower. As shown in the photos, the room is a little dated but still nice.

Great location, old fashioned hotel.The staff were really lovely and friendly. No safe in room although they had one in the office.

Great location, quiet, clean rooms, hot water, very close to night and morning market. Monks walk through this street early in the morning. Owners are a family, sweet but shy and not much English. Good WiFi. They can organise a scooter for you (180k/day). Nothing much. I didn't really feel like I could approach the owners for bigger issues like tours or bus/slow boat. It wasn't apparent if they offered anything. So I booked everything elsewhere. A small lamp next to bed would be a nice add on as well as free water.

Friendly staff and when our room smelt of smoke they happily moved us. Location is really good and they have scooter rental Lots of mosquitoes around the place! Rooms / bathrooms are pretty basic but comfortable and you get what you pay for
