A peaceful Garden of Eden with incredible staff and service. Ken and team at the front desk were amazing. The manager kindly upgraded our room when they needed to do outdoor maintenance near our original room. The breakfasts are excellent. The ambience is idyllic. The rooms comfortable and private. A napkin was once slightly askew at our table. Other than that we can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

An absolutely magical experience. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is welcoming and kind. My room was comfortable and lovely. The breakfast was fabulous. We ate at the hotel restaurant and would highly recommend. The food is delicious and the staff is efficient and helpful.

EVERYTHING!!! Location was great. The food was the best we had on our trip. (Tip: Make your reservations in advance.) The grounds are gorgeous with incredible attention to detail. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our entire group was very happy to have stayed here. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great!

A beautiful oasis in the city. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The spa was upscale, relaxing and very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was good and the dinner show was fabulous with a gorgeous atmospheric backdrop. Everything was great!

Really friendly and helpful staff, the location of hotel absolutely beautiful. We adored being there sitting in the beautiful garden for breakfast and dinner. Location near town also perferct, easy to walk and being in the hub, yet very quiet.

The gardens are exceptional, the decor is everything I like: old world good taste meets functional and charming, excellent service and food. It was perfect.

The rooms were nice, clean, and huge! The grounds were very nice. The pool was smaller than expected but cool and refreshing. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant area! The breakfast was amazing and dinner was very romantic. Must book!

Beautiful garden. Charming architecture. Warn staff. We had bad vibes with our first room, Room 114. Buy the staff was kind enough to transfer us to a different and much better room near the pool.

The lotus ponds and lush garden and the friendly smile and staff service. Some blankets for the feet would be nice when the weather gets cooler outside having breakfast or dinner in the restaurant.
