Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, room and resort was very clean and the decor/styling made us feel very comfortable and tranquil. The breakfast was good with friendly staff and a great cook who made fresh eggs to order. The main shower head was broken and was difficult to use, the safe was locked open and couldn't operate it to secure our valuables. balcony tables were too high for sitting at (they either need lowering or seats need to be higher).

The location is good, traditional woodmade style house, big swimming pool. Feel really chill. The quality of breakfast need improve, facilities are old.

The friendliness of the staff, and the swimming pool area. The reception and the breakfast area are run down. They look more like an youth hostel ! In the room, you can't open the curtains, otherwise no privacy. The rooms needs to be refreshed.

The staff were really nice. The swimming pool. And diner by the pool. The reception area and the breakfast area looks like an hostel, not like a 4 stars boutique hotel. My room was ok, but not to my expectation of a 4 star boutique hotel. The window should have a light white curtain in addition to the red, to allow light and privacy. The selection of fruit for breakfast was poor.

Loved the location. It was in a quiet area but within walking distance of many of the attractions.

Delightful boutique hotel with a lovely swimming pool in the central courtyard. Room inadequately soundproofed, which was a problem when our inconsiderate neighbours went out leaving the TV on, full blast, and didn’t return until nearly midnight. The staff eventually turned it off.

The staff were so friendly and obliging. Breakfast was good quality and lots of variety. Room very clean, well appointed, with a lovely traditional feel. The only thing I would say, there is no privacy wall or divider between balconies but this is a minor detail. I would still chose this hotel again.

Lovely place down a quiet street. Easy 5 to 10 minute walk into night market. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms spacious. Bed was huge. I am vegan and although there was no plant based milk and limited vegan options at breakfast they always cooked me a huge plate of stir fried vegetables Nothing really

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly in particular Mr Oun. Our room balcony overlooked the pool. We enjoyed tasty breakfasts during our stay. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within 10 mins walk from the hotel. Nothing

The hotel is an older Thai or Lanna style with lots of dark wood. It is in a courtyard layout with the pool in the middle. The staff, especially the female staff members were very helpful. The staff arranged for food for my wife to present to the local monks. It is within walking distance of the night market which is where we ate. The bath tub has a very high edge and is difficult to climb in/out.
