This was a beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. The staff was superb, always warm and welcoming. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were comfortable. Easy walk into town. Will definitely be back.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was complete and good. The facilities are very charming. Rooms are too dark and the bathroom was nothing like the pictures online (too small, too comfortable, very dark)

The welcome by the staff was over the top amazing. Welcome drink, welcome massage, welcome snacks, let us take your bags, come relax while we get you signed in. It was amazing. And everyone during our stay was so kind and helpful. Love that there’s a free shuttle into town. Large umbrellas if you need them. Really beautiful colonial rooms. And such a dreamy pool. This place is one of my absolute favorites. I will keep coming back. Breakfast options could be better.

- The grounds - The pool always had sun and shade - The old world feel of the entire place. It was just stunning - Comfortable beds & pillows - Super nice shower, rain shower with great pressure - The pool felt glam - The extensive cocktail menu - Shuttle into the town center - The absolute nicest staff - The location is close to all the good stuff for such a great price and beautiful charm everywhere you look in the hotel. I would 100% come back. - Breakfast wasn’t amazing. Not bad just not great. - Shuttle brings you into town but not back to the hotel

Love this hotel in an old colonial Villa- 3rd stay!! Lovely architecture, great location on the edge of town, nice enticing bar (new ) , super staff and a large pool in lovely gardens Rooms overlooking the pool are best choice Nothing at all

the pool, the decor, the attention to detail and the style of the place. The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent too. It was a relaxing and elegant stay. Our room was quite dark - not enough natural light or enough light in the room. The painted walls in the bathroom with the border look a little outdated.

The room was very big, just like it appeared in the photos. Had a garden outside which had chairs to sit in, not private but certainly calming. He Lao style Massage, charged at a reasonable rate, was exceptionally good.

Gorgeous architecture. So easy to walk to night market from there. Wonderful service! Good breakfast also. The bathroom could use some upgrading.

Beautiful hotel within easy strolling distance of this fabulous town. Lovely atmosphere and very stylish, good breakfast, great shower, helpful staff. Pool was a real bonus after hot days out exploring. Partition walls between our room and next door meant it could feel like you knew your neighbours very well! Quite expensive to be sharing a room!

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They were able to help us with everything, from booking trips to the Falls, to reservations at local restaurants to trips around the town to remembering our breakfast orders. The foot massage was brilliant. And Phat at the breakfast counter was brilliant. N/A
